Ceren offers you a space that stands out for its elegance and great style, thanks to its impeccable design and environment it is very easy to enjoy, live together and have memorable moments. The rooftop is 5 meters taller than all the surrounding buildings, so the view of the Caribbean Sea is spectacular.

From the instant you walk through the door, you'll notice the detail and thought that has been put into creating this space. Elegantly decorated, everything has been thought out to make sure you maximize your relaxing vacation. The kitchen has all upgraded appliances and everything you need to ensure you can cook up a great meal at the end of a day at the beach. The dining space with seats for 4 people will surely be the place to congregate and laugh about the days events. The well decorated living area boasts a Smart TV a comfortable Sofa bed and a full bathroom.

Head over to your first bedroom where you'll feel as though you've stepped into your own private retreat. With a king size bed, a flat screen tv and high end linens, it may be hard to get out of bed every morning! Once you do finally step out of bed, you'll enjoy the a large bathroom with closet space and walk-in shower.

The second bedroom is equally comfortable with another King size bed, closet space and full en-suite bathroom. The paint colors and decorative artwork was specially chosen to help create a calm and warming atmosphere. A space for you to be able to unwind after a long day in the sun.

As an added bonus, the building has a phenomenal common rooftop area with a very large pool and tons of lounging area. This is where you'll have the best views of the ocean as well as Playa del Carmen. And being close to everything is definitely a huge bonus. Your paradise awaits!

As you can see in the pictures, the balcony fence is made of glass. If you bring kids, they should always be supervised on this area.

This is a rental for the entire home. You will not be sharing it with anyone and you will have access to everything in the home and in the common areas, including the rooftop swimming pool, sun loungers, gym, etc.

Located in the heart of Playa del Carmen between fifth avenue and the Caribbean Sea, surrounded by clubs, restaurants, bars and shops.

The easiest way to get around (if you don't like to walk) is by taxi. You'll never have to walk more than a block to find a taxi which are very well priced. Usually, you can get anywhere in Playa del Carmen for less than 15$ USD.

● ***Across the street from this condo there is another building under construction. Some construction activities could be noisy, however all works will stop after 06:00 pm and during weekends***

● ** Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. It is already included in the payment of your stay, however, we always recommend responsible use of electricity, especially AC.**

● Please notice we only provide bottled water, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body soap, hand soap and dish soap at arrival, after that you must buy as you need. We provide 1 bath towel and 1 beach towel per person on the reservation and 1 kitchen cloth.

●The cleaning fee you pay, only includes the cleaning and disinfection of the property before and after your reservation. Additional cleaning/change of linen and towels has an extra fee.
