green walls, laundry in home (free) a renovated kitchen and stainless
steel appliances. Double-pane glass bedroom doors allow you to bask the
sunlight of the central living room. The East Village has become one of
the most eclectic neighborhoods in Manhattan. Bustling with busy
streets and walking distance to Union Square, this neighborhood boasts
a handful of communal gardens, street art, shops, and a serious food
selection. Home to the largest park on the east coast of the city,
Tompkins Square Park is a great place for those looking for activities
or just a leisurely stroll. This apartment may be furnished or
unfurnished at the time of your move-in date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
