The kitchen is a dream, well appointed, upgraded kitchen that will allow up plenty of space to dine in the condo and prepare meals with family and friends. The kitchen has a beautiful view of the ocean as well.

Comfort abounds throughout the condo with three guest bedrooms, each with a 43' flat screen TV. After a long day of leisure, guests can enjoy a 65' HD smart TV in the living room and of course the Master Suite boasts it's own 55' Smart TV. For those that require a standard that is beyond the norm 1703 is a place to enjoy, relax, rejuvenate while you experience the best getaway to the white sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast.

This rental is located on the west corner of The Colonnades. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental because it is not a pet friendly complex.

Parking notes: Parking passes MUST BE PURCHASED FROM SECURITY GUARD UPON ARRIVAL AT $60 PER VEHICLE. Please note that there is a maximum of two (2) parking passes per unit. When you book online you purchase one parking pass and you can purchase an additional parking pass before you arrive as well. No trailers, boats, personal watercraft, campers, motor homes, or other vehicles deemed inappropriate by the property manager are allowed on the property. Such Vehicles Will Be Towed.
