Enjoy this chic Mid Century Style saltwater pool and spa home. You feel at home quickly, notably stepping outward and unwind by the bountiful covered porch facing the gleaming saltwater Pool/Spa.
Open living room with fireplace overlooks the lush front yard and pool area. It is equipped with a New LG SMART TV 55" with YouTube TV, Netflix, and other applications.
The Grand Master Bedroom has direct admittance to the pool area and offers a modern ensuite 3/4 bathroom with a king bed - Second generous bedroom with a full bath and a queen bed.
Kitchen -open towards the living/ dining area - fully stocked and refurbished kitchen with a stainless steel farmer's sink, dishwasher, stainless steel refrigerator with an icemaker. We also are equipped with a coffeemaker, milk frother, blender, and microwave.
Dining - table seating for six people and direct access to the covered porch area with pool and spa.
Laundry - we have a new washer and dryer.

The house was in a perfect location for walking to old town. The pool was great and we really enjoyed our 2 week stay. Communication was perfect.

Surrounded by mountains, quiet and lovely

This house is in a quiet neighborhood. All the amenities and a great host. Walking distance to the charming little town of La Quinta, and a longer walk (short drive) to a big park full of hiking trails and a paved running/walking path.

This property is perfectly located. It is easy to drive to locations and walkable to Old Town LaQuinta. The kitchen is extremely well equipped and we used the outdoor grill several times. We enjoyed our stay.

Great short stay

We had a wonderful time at Casa del Julian. The home is within walking distance to the Fritz Burns park and downtown shops and restaurants. Comfortable both inside and out. The spa was really lovely. I was surprised how quickly it warmed up when we figured out how to turn on the heat. Nadia the host was very responsive at all times by text and telephone.The bed is very comfortable with perhaps a memory foam topper? I'm not an expert. We sat outside for the most part but inside was very comfortable with an electric fire insert. Coffee and tea very much appreciated. Spice rack, oil etc..if home cooking. Out door grill too

Perfect for family and pets

Nadia is a fantastic host, and her home is exactly as represented. It was perfect for my husband, daughter and dogs. Location is great: walking distance to two parks and Old Town La Quinta, which has several restaurants, coffee shops and other stores. Made for a great holiday weekend!!

Perfect getaway

Convenient location, walking distance to Old Town. Private pool and spa. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. A great host /manager who replied quickly and was very patient and personable.

Great location!

We had a great stay in La Quinta. The location is walking distance to the quaint old town where we enjoyed their farmers market one day and also an art fair another day. We also walked to a great park and played pickleball and tennis. We drove about 5 minutes to wonderful walking trails by the mountains. We enjoyed the pool and payed extra for the heating. The living room is spacious but could use a couple comfy chairs. Other than that a great get away!

Cute clean updated house, nice pool

It was just what my daughter and I wanted, a simple cute clean updated house and a heated pool that is private from the neighbours. The neighbourhood feels safe and very quiet. A highlight was walking to the Old Town Sunday Farmers market 3 blocks away. The birds singing in the trees in the backyard all day was a welcome surprise.

Perfect quiet location

Only a short walk to Old Town, this location is great. The age of the house is reflected in the furnishing, the lighting, and the amenities. Owner was very responsive.

Nice cozy house.

What you see is what you get. Pics are exactly what the house looks like. Everything worked. Pool heater spa heater etc. House was clean and so was pool area. Owners are great to deal with. I would stay there again.
