This was the perfect vacation rental for our family. The location was great - easy to get to everything. The pool was the biggest and deepest we’ve ever had at a rental, and the heat was a plus! The lanai was beautiful and the perfect spot to eat or relax. The house itself was also beautiful and generally well stocked. Plenty of towels, blankets, paper goods, soaps, etc. I would absolutely recommend this house and would return!!

Property very clean and loved the pool. An additional bathroom would have been great. Neighborhood was nice and quiet and lots of beaches to choose from and plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, etc. The owner readily responded when I had to get in touch with him. Great place to stay.

Perfect Family Getaway
This house was great! We had a group of 10 (6 adults and 4 kids) for Thanksgiving and had a blast. There's tons of space for hanging out both inside and outside, and everyone loved the heated pool. We cooked a few big meals and the house was stocked with everything we needed. Within 10 minutes you can get to one of many beaches, and there are plenty of grocery stores nearby as well. The property manager was quick to respond about everything before and during the trip. I highly recommend the house!

Spring break family vacation
The house was clean, beautiful, and well furnished. We visited with 11 people, including 7 children for a family spring break trip. The pool was so fun and warm. Location was very nice, pretty neighborhood and only about 5 minute drive to beaches, groceries, or restaurants. Jesse was a great host and very responsive. Parking at the closest beaches was challenging unless we went really early (by 10am). Whenever we had trouble with that, we drove a little farther up to Sand Key State Park which was beautiful and had lots of parking for a very low price. We went to clearwater several times for the hustle bustle and enjoyed a dolphin cruise. Highly recommend this home and hope we get to come again someday!
