Tolles Haus

Es war ein sehr entspannter Urlaub. Ein tolles Haus. Super gelegen und sehr ruhig. Wir waren mit unseren drei Jungs da und die waren vollendest von dem Haus und vor allem von dem Pool. Kommen gerne wieder.

Propriété a la hauteur de l'annonce. La maison est bien entretenue et propre. Le jardin magnifique avec piscine. Seul bémol environnement bruyant a cause des chiens des voisins qui aboyent tous le temps et le manque de rideaux occultant car au uns volets.

Relaxing 3 weeks at a well-kept property

We - a family with children aged 16 and 12 - spent 3 weeks in the villa in July/August. We found the villa and garden well maintained, the pool well looked after. The pool enjoys full sun almost all day, so the water temperature was very pleasant. Still, if one desired a bit of shade on a small section of the pool, that was easily accommodated by turning the very large parasol. We found the beds comfortable, the kitchen and dining area convenient. There was no air conditioning, but despite the warm temperature, we were fine with the two fans. The villa benefits from well fitted fly screens and bars at all windows, so it is perfectly save to leave the windows wide open all night. There was a large dog in one of the neighboring houses, one that barks a lot throughout the day. I have no idea if that dog belonged to a resident or to a tourist like us. It was not a major issue for us, it was just a bit less quiet than we would have liked ... but this barking is generally not that unusual in southern Europe. The drive onto the property (the gated private parking area) is a bit narrow, just about manageable with a mid-sized car (like a Dacia Lodgy). A slightly bigger car will have to be parked in the street ... which should not be a problem as the road is rather quiet and parking seems permitted. Overall a great stay in a well maintained villa with plenty of things to do and to explore in the area.

Comme à la maison

Il ne manque rien! tout est clair précis et de qualités, les échanges avec le propriétaires sont rapides et fluides. la maison et ses équipements sont vraiment bien a mon gout une clim serait précieuse, car la nuit nous pourrions dormir les fenêtres fermées et ne pas entendre les chiens du quartier aboyer. A part cela nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Jolie maison, conforme a la description. Le jardin est très agréable. La localisation est très bien, proche de plusieurs villes, facile d accès. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub in Calonge. Das Haus war schön und es war alles da, was man braucht. Sogar einige Brettspiele und Federballspiel. Das Wetter war im September noch richtig sommerlich, so dass wir uns außer zum Schlafen nur draußen aufgehalten hatten. Der Pool ist super, da kann man auch mal ein paar Schwimmzüge machen. Die Solardusche war auch richtig gut. Den Grill haben wir nicht genutzt. Wir waren nur zu zweit. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, in der allerdings immer mal wieder die Hunde in der Nachbarschaft bellen. Nach dem Abendessen sind wir sehr oft noch durch das darüberliegende Wohngebiet gelaufen mit ganz tollen Ausblicken. Leider braucht man zum Einkaufen und zum Strandbesuch ein Auto, aber das war ja auch so beschrieben. Es gibt ein Restaurant (Samal), das man in 20 min zu Fuß erreicht. Das haben wir auch mehrmals besucht. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Essen schmeckt, man kann auch einfach nur mal was trinken (Loungemöbel). Und keiner muss mehr Autofahren. Perfekt. Für die Ortsmitte musste man dann schon 30 min zu Fuß rechnen. Ansonsten braucht man eben immer ein Auto. Aber man kann nicht alles haben. Also alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub. Das Haus ist definitiv empfehlenswert.

Wunderschöne Gartenanlage - Erholung pur

Wir haben unsere Zeit in diesem Haus sehr genossen. Es ist alles notwendige vorhanden im Haus sowie ausserhalb. Die verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten im Garten ermöglichen zu jeder Uhrzeit Sonne oder Schatten zu geniessen. Jederzeit weiterzuempfehlen! Auch die Serviceleistungen des Hauswartes/Gärtners sind positiv hervorzuheben.

Immer wieder gerne Teil 2

Wir waren bereits 2015 in diesem wunderschönen Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor einem Jahr wollten wir am Ende des Urlaubs schon nicht wieder nach Hause fahren. Also wurde das Haus 2016 einfach 3 Wochen gebucht, was nicht geholfen hat. Auch diesmal wären wir gerne noch länger geblieben. Der Beschreibung von 2015 ist nichts hinzuzufügen. Es war einfach wieder wunderschön. Übrigens, auch wenn man mal Hilfe benötigt (die Gasflasche musste getauscht werden), genügt ein Anruf bei den angegebenen Telefonnummern und es wird schnell und unkompliziert geholfen. Also auch der Service vor Ort ist sehr gut. An dieser Stelle sei den Vermietern gedankt, dass sie ihr schönes Domizil uns Urlaubern zur Verfügung stellen.

Zeer aangename woning voor 4-6 personen

a very nice house with a lovely garden and swimming pool, 4 decent rooms and two decent size bathrooms. Two minor problems ( a lot of ants around the house) but all things Considered a superb house for a small family. We will probably be coming back in the future! Also very good and fast communication with the house owners. Very happy with our booking! The surrounding villages are very lively and fun for everyone, the house itself is in a more peaceful and quiet surrounding.

Haus in Calonge, super schön, eine Oase der Sinne

Sehr schönes spanisches Haus, die Gartenanlage ist sehr sauber gehalten, am Abend wird der Garten bewässert mit einer Sprinkelanlage. Das Pool ist auch sehr schön und die grösse ist Ideal, sehr speziell ist das es mit Salzwasser befüllt ist, sieht man fast nirgends und ist einfach eine sehr gute Idee für z.b Allergiker! Hinten gibt es einen gemütlichen Sitzecke mit einem Grill wo man am Abend mit Freunden beisammen hocken kann. Die Bäder sind Neu gemacht und der Allgemeinzustand im Haus, ist sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Wir sind öfters im Haus unten und fühlen uns immer wie zuhause. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, man merkt dass Sie Freude am Haus haben und es kommt immer wieder was neues dazu.

Ein sehr schönes ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön hat tolle Räume und einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem super Salzwasserpool ,das hatten wir noch nie aber das Salzwasser war sehr angenehm ,man kann sich wirklich ganz prima erholen .Wir waren nur zu Zweit aber es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz für eine Familie . Die Bäder sind neu und ganz sauber, auch die Küche und der Rest vom Haus sind sehr sauber und gut im Schuss. Alles in allem merkt man dass die Eigentümer ein Auge darauf haben und sich dort auch selber wohl fühlen. Für uns war es ein super entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir waren schon einige Male in Calonge,aber dieses Haus war definitiv das schönste, also immer wieder gerne.!!!

Sehr schönes und ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus

Das Haus ist sehr schön hat tolle Räume und einen wunderschönen Garten mit einem super Salzwasserpool ,das hatten wir noch nie aber das Salzwasser war sehr angenehm und die Gegenschwimmanlage ist einfach toll ,man kann sich wirklich ganz prima erholen .Wir waren nur zu Zweit aber es ist mehr als ausreichend Platz für eine Familie . Die Bäder sind neu und ganz sauber, auch die Küche und der Rest vom Haus sind sehr sauber und gut im Schuss. Alles in allem merkt man dass die Eigentümer ein Auge darauf haben und sich dort auch selber wohl fühlen. Für uns war es ein super entspannter und erholsamer Urlaub. Wir waren schon einige Male in Calonge,aber dieses Haus war definitiv das schönste, also immer wieder gerne.!!!Wir können dieses Haus nur wärmstens empfehlen.
