Horrible, wouldn't recommend.

I made a winter trip out to the New York area for Christmas 2024. Made a booking for a family of 9. I had been contacting the host for 2-3 weeks with various questions and had gotten no response. Figured he was just busy. 2 days before usually you get the details on how to check in, but those never came. Contacted the host but got no response again, so contacted VRBO support who gave me the hosts direct line. When i directly contacted the host's phone, he let me know he can't host me anymore, keep in mind this is 1 day before our arrival. He said he already booked it out to someone else on another platform. He provided no alternatives for accommodation, nothing but a forced sorry. 1 day before a trip to NYC, during peak holiday season I was left to find accommodations for 9 people. I ended up paying more money to find a place to stay that last minute. Wouldn't recommend this host to anyone.
