Great condo

Great location for anyone who wants to be close to downtown, city park, restaurants etc.. Cab service was great as well. Later check out would be the only thing I would change.

Somewhat disappointed- Not as Advertised

The location of the building was great, however, the website description and original photos were very misleading! This unit does not support 6 people, it was tough with 4. The unit was not properly furnished, however, the management company had several items delivered the next day and they did refund me for one night.

Nice new building, Needs better cleaning

Location is great. Easy walk to anything downtown. Place is nice but needs some minor fixes. If the cleaning staff is working for free they are getting what they pay for. If they are paid any amount they should be fired. They are trying to wet mop a dirty floor and every hair etc is left stuck on the floor. Simple solution would be to buy a vacuum and use it. Starting off in other peoples dirt and hair is a bad impression. Small fixes: Not a single hook to hang a towel on after a shower. Glass in shower is loose and will eventually fall off. Could be a great spot if a bit of care was taken.

No cleaning done

We weren’t able to check in because apparently the “cleaners” had to finish up. Nothing was cleaned. The garbage can in the bathroom was still full from the previous tenant's, with hair and womens products. There were strands of hair and dust everywhere in the bathroom. The toilet had stuff all over the seat. If you laid something on the floor in the closest it was just covered in dust instantly. For a brand new unit, it was pretty disappointing. The guy who checked us in left with a spray bottle, I think he just made some half assed attempt in 2 seconds to “clean” the place. The first thing I did was wash the sheets on extra hot because I did not have confidence that they were cleaned, I saw a long black hair on top of the covers when I first walked in. Disappointing. I assumed since the listing was pretty much brand new that cleanliness would be the least of our worries…
