The Space:

Morning light reflects off the calm harbor as boats drift by, and a gentle coastal breeze moves through the palms surrounding the home. You can step outside with coffee in hand, hear the water nearby, and start the day at an easy pace, whether you’re heading toward the beach or staying close to the pool. Life here unfolds between water, open views, and spaces designed for gathering or quiet moments alike.



The home sits directly on the Destin Harbor on Holiday Isle and includes private, gated beach access just a short walk away. With over 4,000 square feet spread across three levels, the layout offers room to spread out while staying connected. An in-home elevator provides access to all floors, and large windows throughout frame harbor and Gulf views.



Living spaces

The main living level opens to an inviting gathering area with a fireplace, built-in entertainment center, and a cocktail bar with ice maker. Nearby, the dining room is set within rich wood finishes, creating a comfortable place for shared meals. The kitchen is fully equipped for home cooking, with ample counter space and seating for casual conversations. WiFi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected when needed.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to 10 guests across three bedrooms with multiple beds. The primary suite occupies the upper level and includes a spacious bathroom, walk-in closet, office area, morning kitchen, and access to private balconies. A guest suite on the first floor includes its own living area, full bath, and direct access to the pool and harbor. Additional sleeping space is arranged to comfortably host families or groups without crowding.



Outdoor living

Outside, the waterfront setting takes center stage. A private pool sits alongside the harbor with a covered lounge area for relaxed afternoons. Two deep-water boat slips are available, including one covered slip and another that can accommodate a large yacht. Above it all, the rooftop deck offers wide-open views of the water and surrounding area, a memorable spot for sunrise or sunset moments. Beach access is private and gated, reserved for Holiday Isle homeowners and guests.



Amenities and comfort

The home includes air conditioning, ceiling fans, an indoor fireplace, washer and dryer, and bathroom essentials. Entertainment features include TVs throughout the home. Beach essentials are provided, along with a kayak for enjoying the harbor. Free parking in the on-site garage, an EV charger, and self check-in with a smart lock add convenience. The property is pet-friendly, and a pack ’n play is available for little ones.

Holiday Isle is known for its unique setting between the Gulf of Mexico and the harbor, offering white-sand beaches, fishing opportunities, and easy access to Destin Harborwalk Village. Restaurants, water activities, shopping, and family attractions are all close by, with golf courses and popular Destin highlights just a short drive away. This location makes it easy to enjoy both laid-back waterfront days and lively outings around town.

• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.





Holiday Isle Beach Access:

The property is located on Holiday Isle and features private beach access to the community beach in Destin that lays between the Gulf of Mexico and the Destin harbor. Holiday Isle in Destin, Florida is known for its gated beachfront access with limited access to our Holiday Isle homeowners and guests. Miles of relaxing white-sand beaches to walk, some great shore fishing, deep-sea fishing right in the harbor, and some of the most authentic waterside experiences this little slice of Northwest Florida paradise has to offer.
