A stay at the Palm Club also includes membership to downtown's only private Lifestyle & Pool Club, The Wonderer!

The Space:
The 'Royal Palm' is part of the Palm Club - a collection of 7 vacation villas, each with tropical setting.

The Royal Palm at The Palm Club accommodates up to 14 guests between 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths.

Town & Island Co. is now happy to offer, through partnership with The Wonderer, all guests 25 and up access to Charleston’s premier global-inspired lifestyle club. This 2-acre private membership club nestled in downtown Charleston is a modern oasis offering resort-style amenities and a Bali-Tulum-inspired atmosphere unparalleled on the peninsula.

Refresh and relax at the Jr. Olympic pool complete with pool-side cabanas or savor the onsite eateries offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and trendy cocktails. Guests can also enjoy an indoor gym and fitness studio with daily classes, a recovery room full of spa therapies, private and shared workspaces, live music, and an active calendar of social events.

Once you confirm your reservation at The Wonderer, you will receive a link to book your time to visit the campus. Please note, all fitness classes and ticketed events are offered based on availability and may come at an additional cost.

If access is not granted during your stay due to availability no inconvenience credits will be awarded. While theft is rare Charleston is a city and we encourage guests to ensure their cars are locked and all valuables have been removed.

Town & Island Co. welcomes all our furry companions. There is a $75 non refundable pet fee. You are responsible to inform us you are traveling with your pet(s), so we can add this charge to your booking. Please note: If upon check out, we see evidence of an unregistered pet, the $75 pet fee will be taken out of your SD authorization hold.
We ask guests traveling with their pets to not allow them on any furniture to maintain the quality and cleanliness of our human centered spaces. **no pets on furniture and beds**

*Severe Weather Policy*

Our severe weather and Extenuating Circumstances: Hurricane Policy is as follows:

If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor of SC specifically for the county in which your property is located for the dates of your stay, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect. In this case we WILL refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest and we shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation.

However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued by the Governor of SC, then the standard cancellation policy will still apply and no refund will be issued. This is the case even if the guest chooses to cancel or travel is disrupted due to the storm.

Additionally, if there is adverse weather phenomenon outside of Charleston or SC (ie. other regions of the US or abroad) during the dates of the guests' stay which hinders the guests from traveling to the property, the standard cancellation policy will still apply. Therefore, a refund will NOT be issued.

***ATTENTION***
Hurricane season is during the months of June-November. During this time we HIGHLY recommend guests research and purchase travel insurance.

This property was the perfect walking distance to King street! We were able to hold our entire group with more than enough room. Very clean and the property manager was very prompt and responsive to any needs we had. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

Stayed here for a bachelor party. The house was cozy and easy to access. Walkable to a bunch of shops and entertainment. The property manager was very responsive and helpful for any questions that popped up. The beds were comfortable. The luggage lockers for check out day were a huge bonus. 100% will stay here again. You'll love it.

Great Trip!

This house was perfect for our group size. Each room had very comfortable beds and had an attached bathroom which made getting ready a breeze. It was a quick walk to King St. which helped significantly and we had zero issues at all. Would recommend this property to anyone traveling!

Fantastic Rental Property

This was the perfect property for our family of 8. Everyone had their own bedroom/bathroom. Plenty of space for the family to move around. House was exceptionally clean. Communication with property manager was excellent. House was a 5 minute walk to King St. Neighborhood was safe, quiet, and walkable. Will definitely be back in the future!

Everything was fine.

We were there for a family reunion.My family stayed here while 20 others stayed elsewhere. We were close to King St, so it was a lot of fun. The Villa is well appointed and we all had enough room. A truly wonderful find!

Great Property

Convenient location, clean property, pet friendly. Fun, modern space for gathering together as a group, yet bedrooms are tucked away enough to allow for some privacy as well. The dedicated ice maker was the MVP of the week! This home made for a perfect "command central" for our family visit to Charleston.

Perfect location and setup for a friend group

Our girls trip could not have been more perfect! The adequate and comfortable beds, the gathering space and the ample bathrooms made this trip perfect! Access to the property manager was easy. Parking a large SUV in the parking spots was challenging nevertheless we made it work. My ONLY complaint was there were no coffee filters yet they provided a starter pack of coffee... We loved it and we will stay again!!
