Located in the WATERSCAPES Resort, The Ospreys offers apartment style living with the benefits of the Cascades Club. Without having to exit the building, this suite provides access to the gym, Pool and Hot Tubs! The Club also provides full changing rooms, pool tables and a community meeting area. This 3 bedroom suite is a very economical option for being in Central Kelowna, just 10 min walk to the heart of downtown  perfect for the whole family or friends on a getaway!

This 3 bedroom, 2 bath suite has a King bed with Ensuite Bathroom in the Master bedroom, King bed in the second bedroom and 2 twin beds in the third bedroom that can be made up as a king (T2K) and a Queen sofa bed in the living room. This suite is equipped to accommodate 6 guests.

You are just a few minutes walk to Tugboat Beach where you can go swimming, rent a paddle board or just hang out on the beach. Just cross the road and you are nearly immediately on the boardwalk, where you can head past the beach to downtown hassle (and car) free. Boardwalk path all the way to the bridge and beyond on 5K dedicated walking and cycle paths. This provides easy walking to  coffee shops, shopping and restaurants in the downtown area.

Beautiful spot

The Condo is very nice, spacious for six, well equipped kitchen and in a great location. We loved the outdoor patio! A drawback is it only has a large AC unit in the main area, it can get very stuffy in the bedrooms , especially if it's too hot to open windows. We also found the beds way too soft, but some may like that.

Visit with daughter

Property is nice, clean, nothing fancy. Definitely priced due to location. Secure building with underground parking, however parking difficult due to numerous dead ends and no direction other than a poor map provided by the property manager and numbers on concrete floor at spots numbering makes no sense. Poor communication from management company unfortunately caused a great deal of stress. I was also unaware I had to put down a $1000.00 hold for a damage deposit until I received the paperwork approximately a week prior to arriving and only after I contacted them to enquire as to when I could expect the agreement.

Great location and lovely condo.

Wonderful unit - loved the patio area on the ground floor. Located close to all amenities and waterfront. Condo was clean and had everything we needed and more!
