The communication was terrible. They responded to every question we had but never answered the questions. SMH.
We were unable to use the gym or access our deliveries because management wouldn't answer our questions
when we messaged them. both Window blinds were broken and there was a lot of scuffs and damages to the walls.
I stayed with my 14 year old son as he participated on a summer program/league with Philly Union in North Jersey. We enjoyed our stay, was perfect for both of us, near the Red Bulls Stadium so we attended two games, easy to get to Penn Station and visit NYC, just one train directly to the WTC. The only down part were some minor issues with batteries and unable to use the gym as this was one of the amenities listed but no key fog was left on site for us to get access. The location is perfect! We still loved it
I booked a two-week stay at this unit due to job relocation and was never able to access it after two attempts. The host was unresponsive and property management lied about fixing the lock to the unit. Had to throw away food because of not being able to access the unit on time and had to spend extra money to book last-minute hotels. Still waiting for Vrbo to refund me for the hotel expenses of this horrible experience. Buyer beware!
We ended up staying at this comfy residence with my family and the place was super clean and comfortable. We loved it! The view in the balcony was very nice. The kitchen has everything you need if you decide to make groceries and cook during your stay. The first night we took an Uber to eat near by at Sabor Unido, an area full of Portugal restaurants and walking distance to two supermarkets where we bought some items for the kids for the house to make them breakfast the next day. The area is very calm and the building is secured. The second day and rest of our stay we always took the train, we were just 15 minute walk to the Newark Penn train station and we arrived to New York in no time, it was a 25 minute ride using the NJ Transit to head to manhattan or the PaTH train to head to the World Trade Center. Overall the place we stayed was very close to transportation to get around.

This rental is great for a one-night stay, especially if you’re attending an event at the Prudential Center since it’s within walking distance.
However, my week-long stay was disappointing. Upon arrival, I had to request the check-in instructions, which hadn’t been sent. The apartment initially appeared spacious and clean, but several issues soon became apparent. The fire alarm beeped intermittently throughout my stay, including during the night, disrupting sleep.
A key fob, promised for easier building access, was missing, so I had to manually enter a code each time, which alerted the owner with a photo of my entry. While the nearby police station offered some peace of mind, the area felt unsafe at night due to people checking parked cars.
Noise was a major problem. Early morning traffic and thin walls made it feel like the windows were open, with sounds of conversations and footsteps clearly audible from neighboring units.
The apartment also had maintenance issues: water damage on the ceiling, broken blind cords, uncomfortable bedding, a slanted floor that affected the closet door, and an uncomfortable couch. The bathroom’s partial glass panel caused water to spill onto the floor during showers, and a musty smell lingered despite the use of a scented plug-in.
Overall, while the photos made the place look appealing, the reality fell short. It might be fine for a short stay, but it’s not suitable for longer visits.
