The space is a fun and funky 1950's era classic Florida bungalow located in a very central neighborhood on the southeast end of West Palm Beach. Just a few blocks from the intracoastal, 10 minutes to the beach, airport, and downtown
Lots of chill zones indoors and out in this 4 bedroom single family hideaway on a large fenced lot. Great for larger families or groups, the space is all yours
The home is laid out with several living, dining and sleeping spaces with room for the whole crew. There is a "front house" with two bedrooms, a combo bedroom/office space with two daybeds and a trundle, and a open floor living, kitchen and dining area.
Then there is a "back apartment" with bonus living room which has a pull-out sofa bed, and coffee bar and a fourth bedroom in the back with two twin beds. It's all connected and flows together with room for privacy. The space is all yours, there are no shared spaces on the property or in the yard with other guests or tenants
There is parking for two cars in the driveway, and there is lots of free street parking which is first come, first serve
We have a laundry area with washer and dryer, clothing steamer and iron
Lots of board games
Beach gear including towels, boogie boards, sunblock, beach blankets, and chairs to borrow
Hair dryer and toiletries
The home sleeps 10 people in beds (including a pullout couch and trundle bed) but we will consider allowing additional guests on request as we know children and teens (and sometimes Uncle Steve) don't mind bunking up
We do have a STRICT "no party" policy per city regulations. Maximum amount of people allowed on property at any one time is 15 persons including children. We also ask kindly that you respect our neighbors and keep your volume down at all times, but especially during quiet hours (9pm to 8am)
Kitchen is fully stocked with pots/pans/and all the kitchen-y stuff you need. Coffee bar with all the essentials
Home is on a large, completely fenced lot, but we generally leave the front gate open for ease of pulling in and out of the driveway. You may choose to close it up for added security, but the neighborhood is safe and friendly
This is our old family home, and we love the location!
The neighborhood is super convenient to access all of the best of South Florida. We are just over the bridge from swanky Palm Beach, where there are pristine public beaches, luxury shopping and dining, and jaw dropping homes to oogle. Lake Worth Florida is a short drive away, with a funky downtown area and a gorgeous public beach and boardwalk. Downtown West Palm and the newly renovated Rosemary Square and Clematis street are not to be missed, and only a ten minute and $10 Uber ride away.
We are super close to the airport and you can even walk to the zoo or the intracoastal
Check out the Estate Sale auctions just a block or so away, buy some fresh seafood from the food trucks around the corner, Publix and CVS are just down the street, and antique row, a stone's throw away. Miami is 1 hour give or take traffic, Fort Lauderdale 45 mins away

Guest access:
The entire home and yard is yours alone during your stay. There is a "no guest access" shed on property that has tools and other boring stuff. It is clearly labeled.
Other things to note
Smoking is outdoors only, and please use provided ashtrays
There is a mix of central air conditioning and ductless mini split A/C systems in the house as it was built before central A/C was common. Some of the rooms have the mini split systems and you can control the temperatures separately if you wish.
