Charming 1928 Craftsman Bungalow with one bed, one bath. Perfect for 1-2 adults (not suitable for children). Enjoy the fully fenced yard and huge sunny deck with a peekaboo view of the Puget Sound in a quiet neighborhood.

Dogs over one year old are welcome with proof of vet-prescribed flea preventative. (Sorry, no cats.) Kitchen has a light-filled breakfast nook with French doors that open to the deck. New ductless heat pump provides eco-friendly heating and cooling. Gas fireplace, clawfoot tub, smart TV, washer/dryer, gas range, full kitchen, office space, walk-in closet, dog door. You'll also have access to the unfurnished second floor loft as a workout or office space.

Five minutes from trails, gardens, beach, aquarium and zoo at the 760-acre Point Defiance Park. Five minutes from Point Ruston restaurants, shops, farmers market, and waterfront. Five minutes from Vashon ferry. 15 minutes from downtown and hospitals.
