Welcome to Z-Haus, a popular Fredericksburg retreat! Situated just a couple blocks from Main Street & Marketplatz on a quiet residential street, this home has been beautifully remodeled and features a modern interior, charming hill country details, private hot tub and outdoor living/dining space back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The home features a completely remodeled modern interior with a central Texas flair. Popular features include a gas fireplace, new appliances & furniture.
HOUSE RULES:
1. No Smoking or Vaping Inside Home or Near Doorways
2. No Unregistered Overnight Guests
3. No Pets Allowed
4. Report Any Damages or Issues Immediately

Wi-Fi / CELLPHONES:

TRASH. The Guests shall dispose of all waste material generated during the Lease Term. Trash is picked up on Monday mornings. Trash cans are located on the South side of the house.

APPLIANCES:
You’re welcome to make use of all the appliances on the property. Here are the instructions/tips:
• The oven – Select the bake button that corresponds with the oven, then the choose temperature to heat oven. Be sure to hit cancel when you are done cooking. The fan will operate until the temperature lowers.
• The microwave – Be sure not to use metal or aluminum foil
• The dishwasher – Select level of clean then start and close the door. If you open door during the cleaning operation, select start/resume before closing door.
• The washing machine – Located in the main house next to bathroom hallway.
• The smart TV – The TVs use Roku. If you sign in as a guest with the check out times, all your information including your Netflix or Prime will be removed on your departure. We use Spectrum TV so you must sign download the app on Roku and then launch the app. You will be able to watch live TV including local channels.
• The hot tub – Plan ahead so the hot tub can heat up to your desired temperature. And always lower the temperature back down when you are done.

Overall Great Experience

The house was very beautiful and well appointed. However, it doesn't seem like the ACX was not updated to carry the additional space of the renovations. The house never cooled down, even overnight. There is also no ceiling fans, which I feel like could have helped with the air flow.

Perfect house and location

Z was exactly as described in the listing but even better! The house was well stocked and decorated. The beds were comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Jim and Courtney were great hosts and were quick to respond to any inquiries. We will definitely be back!
