This spacious ground floor condo has high speed internet and a split master floor plan. The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a walk-in closet and adjacent Jack and Jill bathroom with linen closet. The bright galley kitchen and is well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven and fridge, leading into the dining room with a full table and china cabinet. The living room features a flat screen cable TV, DVD player, and sliding glass door out to the lanai.
Stroll with a cool drink at night down to the private beach to wriggle your toes in the sand, sit by the pool, or find a tiki hut under which to sit and enjoy the kaleidoscopic sunset dipping into Boca Ciega Bay. Boats, birds, and dolphin and manatees may be spotted at any time. Other birds easily spied include egrets, herons, spoonbills, pelicans and cormorants.
The condo is close to both of Bermuda Bay's two pools. The "family pool" is great for swimming or chilling after a game of tennis, racquetball or pickle ball on adjacent courts. The front bay pool which overlooks the beach along with the spa & small putting green offers more of a lively social scene. Both pools are heated in the winter.
The best gulf beaches are also a short drive away. Beach chairs, umbrellas, noodles, and towels are provided! Convenient to theme parks in Tampa & Orlando. We invite you to find the secret to the Florida holiday that many of our guests return for, year after year!
