Welcome to The Boathouse in Breezy. This newly renovated home is located inside the gates of Breezy Point Resort on the west side of beautiful Pelican Lake. This four-season vacation destination boasts golfing, boating, snowmobiling, fishing, hiking, and much more.
Breezy Point is in the Brainerd Lakes area, in close proximity to Crosslake and the Whitefish Chain of Lakes. Our place provides a full vacation experience and is the perfect spot for summer days, fall bonfires, and winter getaways!

Rental options include fishing boats, pontoons, or non-motorized rentals such as paddle boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards.
Breezy Point Resort also offers a tanning beach, a swimming beach, and yoga classes on Wednesdays. Three 18-hole golf courses are also within the gates with tennis courts onsite.
Our property has all the privacy you need and plenty of cozy accommodations, making that travel bag easier to pack! We have stocked this home with convenient toiletries, a fully equipped kitchen, board games, yard games, fire pit, outdoor lounge seating, grill, deck, etc. This home sleeps 12 guests, making it the perfect getaway for larger groups!
