Besides being a comfortable, "feels like home" property, our next biggest asset is our central location. We love being only two minutes from downtown Chandler, offering a variety of dining and shopping options. We are also only two minutes from the 202 and five minutes from the 101 (major thoroughfares in the Phoenix Valley). We can get to Tempe or Mesa in ten minutes, Sky Harbor Airport in twenty minutes, Scottsdale (TCP Scottsdale Golf Course) in thirty minutes, and Glendale (State Farm Stadium and the Super Bowl) in only forty minutes.
