The property was great and so was the host! We enjoyed our stay. It was quite comfy. We brought our 5 month old baby and it worked out pretty good. He was able to sleep with us on the bed but I wouldn’t recommend staying if you have a toddler. It would be too small. Other than that, it’s fantastic.
We were passing through after visiting Zion National Park. The home was very clean, well lit, and very well laid out. The washer/dryer was a huge help after days of travel. We would highly recommend this property.
Loved this stay! The tiny home was all we needed to crash and fuel up to go hiking! Perfect location to local sights. Easy to access. The area was so quiet and peaceful. Would stay again!
I was here for a conference and was out most of the time. It was a fun and different place to stay. Close to the event location. Very clean; the washer/dryer combo was convenient. Great hosts who were communicative and helpful.
This tiny home was FANTASTIC. It is very clean and all the amenities to make a weekend getaway perfect. An unbelievably comfortable Murphy bed was a cherry on top. The host was extremely responsive and even though this is a backyard space it’s very private and beautiful. Thanks for a most wonderful stay. Highly recommend and would stay again. 10/10
Perfect experience for the need. Everything was as expected, clean, and seamless.
Appreciated the modern aesthetic, minimalist features, proximity to trip's purpose, and gorgeous location.
Thank you to the hosts. Would book again of returning to the area.
My husband and I thought this tiny home was unique. We only stayed for one night and it was great for what we needed! My only suggestion for improvement was the heating device. It was pretty chilly when we arrived and it was a challenge staying warm most of the night because the heater completely shut off multiple times. The nightly temp outside was around 35 degrees. I’m not sure if there were power outages in the area. We only had a cell phone plugged in so I can’t imagine we were maxing the electricity! We didn’t reach out to the host because we were leaving early in the morning and we didn’t want to be a bother. We understand that is on us. Otherwise we enjoyed our quick stay. Thank you
We stayed in St. George for an educators conference. The tiny house was only a short drive to the conference center and all the shopping or food places you could want. It was perfect for what we needed-especially at the affordable price!
St. George has some pretty gross hotels, and this was so much better than anything I've stayed at in a long time. Although it's tiny, it was immaculate and smelled amazing. I've always wanted to try a tiny type home, and this was perfect for my husband and I. I would stay here again!
My husband and I opted to stay here instead of a hotel for an event in the area. So glad we did! Everything was new, fresh, and clean! The bed was so comfortable. The space is small, but had everything we needed. When you walk in (in the summer) it is very hot. We quickly found the remote for the AC and it cooled down fast. We would stay here again!
This tiny home was the perfect spot for me to work remotely while in town for my daughters competition. Clean and quiet; great access to everything. Beautiful views and lovely outdoor space too! The temperature was a bit challenging to control, but i imagine that is simply a tiny home issue. Overall loved it!
This cute little house was the perfect size for me. The heater worked well to cut the chill quickly. I loved the simplicity of the whole set up. The tiny home feels very private. I appreciated the parking spot and the ease of entry. Thank you for letting me stay in your little home!
This Tiny House, tucked behind a beautiful home has so many clever components. It has comfortable Murphy bed, a huge TV and a washer/dryer in one machine. We didn’t use it. Our stay included all the necessary amenities we needed. Since we were in St George to visit family, that’s where we spent most of our time. The Tiny House is truly small. It might be more comfy for one person.
It was super cute just right for 2. My only thing was to note the steepness of the driveway, just my phobia. I had a panic attack the first time parking I opted for the road, but its not their fault at all but a heads up to those who cant do steep hill parking. Over all would stay again perfect get away!!
My son and I stayed here for a soccer tournament. They really thought of everything! The little ledges were great for drinks, phones, and keys. The shower and toilet were pretty tight, but hey, it’s a tiny house! We had never stayed in one, so it was a memorable experience. My only complaint was that the wifi was not good. The owner was very responsive to my inquiries and she reset it for the second night we were there.
We have lived in Southern Utah for 25+ years. We love hiking, walking the trails and soaking up the sunshine.
Why they chose this property
This is a Tiny House so please be aware that space is limited. There is a space to put 2 small carry on cases next to the door. Couch cushions can go next to the washer. There is some storage for clothing above the couch. There is a washer/dryer combo that can take very small loads. There is a queen size Murphy bed with Tempur-Pedic mattress and pillows. There is a toaster oven, microwave and a 2 burner countertop burner available for cooking along with BBQ grill outside.
