Everything Great, but
The place is gorgeous: grand entrance, elegant sweeping living room and dining areas, stunning backyard and pool (after cleaning), comfortable bed and bathrooms...but the "casita" is a big problem. We were 4 old high school friends meeting up for the first time in years. The woman who agreed to stay in the "casita" was very unhappy: the bed did not have a top sheet; the screen door didn't budge (broken); there was a broken shade so that light poured in early; the a/c was noisy, the heater, old; the TV didn't work; the bathroom was tiny and shower doors flimsy so that water seeped onto the floor; no way to lock the door to the unit.In her words: "I don't know if there is any way to rectify the discomfort I felt for the 3 nights I slept there. However, I would like other people to be aware of this, and I believe no one should stay in this unit unless they make the appropriate and necessary improvements." It would also be nice if they made the bed properly! I think the house should be advertised more accurately as 3 bedrooms with rustic ADU so that people know what to expect.
