This second floor beachfront oasis at Watercrest Condominiums brings all the comforts of home to your vacation while boasting one of the largest wraparound balconies you could find on the beach! The master bedroom features a king bed with private bathroom and access to the wraparound balcony. Bedroom two hosts two queen beds along with a private balcony facing the front side of the building. The common area also hosts a sleeper sofa for two. Watercrest condominiums offers a heated pool, hot tub, tennis court, and many more enjoyable amenities. One of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! The Unit 210 owner provides guest with free 2 person cabana chair to use at the beach with a booking.

Enjoy beautiful beach views from the cozy balcony, all housed within one of the premiere properties of Panama City Beach! Why This Property? Watercrest 210 is a beautifully decorated 2 BR 2 BA Gulf of Mexico beachfront condo. Watercrest offers a heated pool during fall, winter and spring. The complex has a tennis court, pickle ball area, shuffleboard and bocce ball area. The hand ball court is currently closed until summer of 2025. Watercrest is located on the quiet side of Thomas drive and the complex has a Tiki Hut for snacks in the pool area that is open from Mid March to Late Sept.

The best restaurants in PCB are located within a short walk down the beach or a short car ride down Thomas Drive. Unique Benefits Walking distance or a short drive to Schooner's, Alvins Island, Newby's in the Curve, Shoreshack Pizza and Patches restaurant.

Watercrest is located on the quiet end of PCB near the State Park and just steps from Schooner's which is the perfect lunch time or dinner destination when you need a break from the beach. Watercrest provides guest with large spacious beaches and the property will provide amenities that the entire family will enjoy.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge.

Let me start by saying the owner is quick to answer any messages I had sent. Check in was easy and convenient. Cleaners had the room available about an hour before check in which was great also. The condo was cleaned well and they had started amenities for us which saved us from heading to the store immediately after arriving. It’s very roomy and spacious. The view of the ocean was perfect. It was noisy above us some days but I assume they was working on the condo above us. It didn’t take away from our vacation at all though. My only complaint would be the sofa bed. It was not comfortable, but I’ve never slept on one that has ever been comfortable. So I certainly wouldn’t discredit the host for that. Everything was amazing. And we just so happen to run into the owner/manager, who made sure our stay was great and asked us if we need anything. That’s someone that has the best interest of his renters. I will certainly be booking with this host again!!!
