At your stay, enjoy absolute comfort and sunshine-filled lake days. Inside you'll discover plush living quarters with a well-equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and ample counter space. As well as, a cozy main living area with a fireplace, plush bed, and a large TV. In the bathroom, delight in the walk-in shower, and equally impressive soaking tub and double sinks. Soak in the luxurious tub, while still enjoying the warmth from the two-sided fireplace. For effortless cleaning, a washer/dryer is accessible for your use in the bathroom. And rest assured that no matter the temperature outside, you will be kept cool and comfortable with the home's central air-conditioning.

Right off your sleeping quarters, step outside onto a spacious, private deck where you will discover lounging chairs, an outdoor kitchen equipped with a grill, and an outdoor shower. This space is calling to be used and enjoyed with the person you love the most.

Boat docks and slips are available to rent. The Reserve does not offer watercraft rentals. Once your booking is complete, you’ll receive information on local watercraft companies that deliver to The Reserve Marina.
Vacasa does not manage the common areas at The Reserve at Lake Travis.
Drought conditions will affect the water levels for Lake Travis so please know that the pictures in the listing may not reflect the true level of water during your stay. We are not able to give refunds or cancellations due to low water levels.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
