TV'S IN ALL ROOMS WITH CABLE BOXES. UPGRADED WIFI.The La Jolla Shores community offers very quaint restaurants, featuring International and local cuisines. Within walking distance you may rent bicycles, kayaks and other water fun sports equipment.Enjoy your own Private Heated Pool with Jacuzzi, surrounded by comfortable patio furniture.. Exclusive Parking 1 car Garage attached (parking is a premium by the beach). Master & 2 Bedrooms have air conditioning.

All the bedrooms have their own flat-screen TVs, with WIFI & cable TV which are included. The Kitchen, is remodeled, with full size refrigerator-freezer, large dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped for your pure enjoyment with dishes, plates, cups, blender (margaritas) ...., Martini shaker. The Master bedroom offers for your relaxation just a few steps to the Jacuzzi from sliding door. Large Family room with 2 large sectional couches (one is a full size sleeper couch), to enjoy the huge flat screen TV. Along with a treadmill while watching TV or the swimming pool. The Second den/bedroom has a (queen size bed) , and it's own flat screen TV. Upstairs both lovely bedrooms, each with its owned flat screen TV, WIFI and Cable. The first bedroom upstairs is the size of the master bedroom, with its own exclusive patio deck with chairs and table and a peek view of the beach. RATES VARY DEPENDING ON THE SEASON. SUMMER IS HIGH SEASON. (No party events)There have been dogs on site.

Perfect Quirky House
Everything needed for a beach vacation! Beyond stocked with all necessities - kitchen essentials, excess towels & bedding, games/puzzles/books, beach chairs/bodyboards/wagon, washer & 2 driers, new air in ALL rooms, parking for 2 cars (1 garage/1 driveway), both house & pool much larger than pictures portray. Nice indoor-outdoor extension of kitchen to courtyard. And an extremely friendly seagull peeping or tapping on the windows:)

Great place near the beach
This place was perfect for our family and friends. Close to the beach and dining. If you plan to cook, you’ll need your own condiments/basics, but the kitchen is well stocked with pots/pan/plates/etc. For the beach, they have lots of towels, chairs, boogie boards, and a wagon to haul it all.

Perfect Shores Stay
Exactly as advertised and would definitely stay here again. Property Manager was easy to communicate with and had a quick check-in meeting at property upon arrival. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is that check-in was a little more complicated than some other VRBOs I've stayed. Otherwise, it was perfect. Just know it requires meeting with the property manager upon arrival to gain access, which requires some additional communication on your part.

We spent a perfect long weekend here. The location can't be beat, the beds were comfortable, and the property managers were available for questions throughout our stay. We'd love to return.

Amazing Location - Great Property
Amazing location and set up - 30 yards from the beach. Sleeping arrangements were great - essentially 2 main suites 2 blocks to downtown La Jolla Shores - which has everything you need - don’t have to drive. Other reviews have touched on this - the bathrooms need to be updated. But - it shouldn’t dissuade you from staying here. We hope to be back soon!
