Every morning enjoy coffee outside your bedroom on the private balcony, while you might get a glimpse of the boats passing through or see the exotic shades of red and orange as the sun sets over the ocean! Sunsets are a treat! Black out Curtains for those toddlers or others needing to nap. Please remember to bring your flashlight for starry nights on the beach with the kids & little ghost crabbing. Full-Size Kitchen, 1 pack n play sleeps toddler, with booster highchair, 1 collapsible baby crib sleeps 1, 1 twin rollaway sleep teen or sofa bed for young adults, along with baby gates are provided. Costa Vista is mostly childproof and a few toys in the guest closet to keep kiddos busy at night. Our beach townhome has everything you need plus more! We like to keep it above your standard! There is 1 twin rollaway for the kiddos to sleep (if needed) and an unexpected guest. Our home sleeps 2 - 7 people (1 twin/ rollaway). We are Kid friendly for 2 small families. Or, your larger family will enjoy the pull out sofa in extra large living area. Also, The convertible crib for infants or a small toddler can sleep on the pack & play we provide!
Pet-Friendly with an extra charge for keeping our home immaculately clean. Pets are accepted upon approval. All the linens (sheets and bath towels) provided plus few extras...Full kitchen with everything for cooking meals but dining out and ordering fresh local fish is perfect because this is "Destin's Little Fishing Village!" One of the Largest fleets in Nation with our 5 mile drop off for True Deep-Sea fishing, tournaments (June and entire month of Oct), and quality seafood from ocean to your table!

Dining choices include 5 different types of restaurants within walking distance, so a car is not necessary only on arrival and departure with the grocery store via car. However, you might miss all the excursion possibilities, golfing, and shopping without a car.
