Owners bought this townhome because of the location with the beaches across the street, the best unobstructed Gulf View from the master balcony, water views from all the rooms and proximity to Golf Courses is central. Personal outdoor shower to rinse of the white quartz sand, dine outside with ocean breezes on the balcony with family is a favorite, walking on the beach, or have lunch or dinner at Pompano Joe's then walk home! Beach volleyball and outdoor music nearby make this a great place for all ages. Relaxing by the pool or enjoying playtime with the kids is always a must while staying here! We never want to leave this little getaway and like to extend it when possible and vacant. Our guests come first which means we update as much as possible during vacancies. When the Owner was offered a job transfer/move which means they could not resist the gorgeous Sugar beaches and Water Views! Especially since Destin has been ranked no 2 behind Hawaii no 1 in pristine beaches. Owner's Home state is Texas but Now are Florida Locals. Which means, we always hold both states very near and dear to our families' hearts. I am confident you will be 'smitten' with Miramar Beach, also!
Why they chose this property
Location, Location, Location...this central area makes easy access to San Destin, Boat Slip just past Sandestin Marina, (Miramar beach is located between Destin and Sandestin, Seaside within 20-25 minutes' drive. Community Pool right outside the door just steps away! Great for you with sunny days to work on your tan or cool off after the beach day. Walk along the beach or stroll on the sidewalk with ocean breezes. Many choices of a walk to restaurants, internet coffee shops, and the beach makes your family time a relaxing time. You will treasure the great weather with breakfast, lunch, and dinner on the balcony with your unobstructed views. Gulf Views from every room give a peaceful, calming atmosphere. Extra seating outside on the balconies. And, for rainy days, the balconies make it nice to breathe the ocean air with a good book/ coffee! Golf is less than 1 mile to Golf Garden, 2 miles to Emerald Bay, Regatta Bay Course/ Kelly Plantation, or Sandestin 3 miles. Our Emerald Paradise will be on your schedule or non-schedule for relaxing with your families in need of a Gulf beach break!

We add our personal touch to this home because our return guests look forward to our updates, then any upgrades we complete to keep things fresh, alongside our great staff help keep make your vacation smooth! Enjoy the pool after a day in the sun at the beach across the street helps end the day, too! We Love to dine on the balcony, watch the view with no obstructed buildings on the Eastside, find time for a good book & coffee in the am, special dinners (got to have our fresh Fish), and catch up on sleep! I wish we had more time here...I am certain you will enjoy your friends and family, too! This is my kiddos favorite home to play in the pool and at the beach because there are so many options for fun on Miramar Beach! Stand Up Paddleboards are extra and kept onsite for you! Please reserve yours before we have them all rented out! Or, rent a golf cart, scooter, kayak, beach volleyball, jet skis, parasailing, windsurfing, etc.! All this across the street, seemingly in our front yard...the Miramar beach / Crystal Beach!
