The house is nestled on a hill with wonderful views in every direction. Close to Sausalito, Mt. Tam, Muir Woods, Phoenix Lake, Muir Beach, Sonoma & Napa, San Francisco, hiking & biking trails. 5 minute walk to a local mall with coffee shops, restaurants & grocery stores.
You'll love our brand new gourmet kitchen with, large yard with fire pit & BBQ, views from every room. Nicely setup for couples, families with kids (including little kids) and friends traveling together.

Middle level: large living room with panoramic views and a wood burning fireplace; master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom.
Bottom level: garage with a washer / dryer and a separate studio apartment containing a bedroom, kitchennette and a bathroom. The apartment is connected to the main house and included in the listing.
Our large, private backyard has gorgeous views of the Bay, 2 gas BBQs, lounge chairs, a ping pong table and a fire pit.
