The best unit location in the building is waiting for you! It is your chance to create lasting memories when you stay in Summer Breeze 301A. This top floor, end corner unit is newly updated and renovated in 2022-2023! We offer gorgeous views of the emerald coast and the Gulf of Mexico. The unit features new quartz kitchen countertops and backsplash, built-in hall bunks, updated bath, new flooring throughout, new ceiling fans, fresh paint, new kitchen table, new bedding and linens. New couch 2023. Coffee maker and keurig provided, along with other items for home cooking (crock pot, etc).

This property boasts loads of exterior updates as well- done in 2023-2024! All new balconies, stairs, pool deck, and more! Updates will be completed in Feb, 2024 so that you can enjoy a brand new setting in the spring and summer!

Extra windows create natural lighting and beautiful gulf views. Features include a community pool and hot tub, as well as easy public beach access. Located directly across the street from Pompano Joe's, plus access to the pedestrian path that runs the entire length of Scenic 98.

**From May- Aug, bookings only accepted if checking in and/or out on a Saturday. (This avoids 'blocking' two weeks' worth of rental opportunities.) (Exceptions may be made for Sundays)

Amazing all around!
Amazing place! From the location to the cleanliness to the communication. Everything was great! We would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area, and could even bring our two kids and all fit comfortably. The beach is across the street at the public access. Short walk to dining and shopping, as well. The only recommendation I have is to possibly get curtains for the main bedroom since it’s so light in the mornings, but that’s it! Great place!

We love this condo!
Everything was great we had a relaxing week! The location is perfect with the beach access literally across the street. Owners were very nice and texted me to make sure I had seen the email with check in instructions which I hadn’t since it had went to my junk folder. Very nice place to stay!

We stayed in this building last year but this unit is by far the best in the building! The unit was CLEAN! Amazing shower! Greta views! We couldn't have asked for a better place for our family vacation. Highly recommend and will be looking at the calendar to book again next year. Thank you!

We've stayed at various places in this area a dozen times, and this is the best unit we've had. The view, the cleanliness and communication with the owner was above our expectations. Perfect location to the beach and our favorite restaurants. Look no further, book this unit if its available! You wont be disappointed! Hopefully we can get the chance to come back to 301!!

This location is right across the street from the public beach - easy access and crossing the street was no big deal. Inside and outside of the condo was recently redone - walk-in shower (no tub side to step over), nice chairs on deck, comfortable bed, well-supplied kitchen - overall very satisfied with the experience!

Condo was clean and nicely decorated. Balcony view is gorgeous! Location is ideal! The whole building is in need of some repair (ie. stairways, balcony railings, paint). Take your own Keurig.

Perfect for a couple or couple plus 1 or 2 small children. Bed was super comfortable, linens/ towels were amazing. Decor was beautiful! Pool was clean and the view was incredible. Spent every morning drinking coffee and people watching!

Beautifully decorated corner condo overlooking Miramar public access beach. The Gulf can be seen from every window. Hosts and manager were awesome. Spotlessly clean also. Modern kitchen and shower/bathroom. Very comfortable beds and clean modern linen. Can't say enough superlatives about this place. Super nice pool. Laundry facilities are right there too.

Review of Condo
The property is right across the street from the public access to the beach. Beach is crystal clear with white sand. The condo has been updated. Easy to get a hold of the owners. Whoever cleans the property could do a better job!! Condo would be for a small family, two adults and maybe 2 younger children. We enjoyed our stay!!

Amazing view!
Just a little misunderstanding at first, as I mistakenly said only 1 person was renting it, when actually there were 3 of us. So there were no sheets for the sofa bed. But we worked it out with the host & we were provided some. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Amazing view from the balcony & every window in the condo.
