Welcome to the Spaulding Glass House designed by Tucson architect, John Donatelli. From the moment you enter the double front doors you will be surrounded by glass in every room. The entry boasts polished concrete and an expansive living room and stepdown gas fireplace. The home has been thoughtfully restored and features a dramatic interior courtyard. House sits on a large and very private lot with multiple patios. Amazing home for social media pics. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Restored kitchen with original Nutone built in blender and GE double oven with Rotisserie and subzero refrigerator. Dining room off kitchen with glass slider to another patio.
