Welcome to our "home-away-from-home" vacation rental, where beach-side living meets modern comfort! Join us in our first year of vacation rentals. Recent renovations along with all new furnishings this year; furniture, linens, serving ware, etc. will make your stay feel 'fresh' and comfortable. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom home is perfectly located just a three-minute walk from the sand and surf of Pacific Beach AND/OR Mission Bay. You probably won't need your car, as you'll be close to a grocery store and an abundance of great restaurants. One generous off-street parking space is provided.
The outdoor living space is truly exceptional, with a furnished 15’ x 45’ patio plus a 25’ x 30’ lawn. The patio is partially covered, providing the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean breeze.
The interior of the home boasts original hardwood floors in the living area and a charming, family-friendly decor. The kitchen and bathrooms were recently remodeled ensuring you have all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Each of the three bedrooms is thoughtfully appointed to ensure a good night's sleep, and the two full bathrooms provide added convenience for families or groups of friends.
This 1948 home has been in the same family for four generations and has been lovingly maintained and updated over the years. Our family immigrated from France, built a successful dry goods store in Arizona, then retired to this home. It has a rich history and is the perfect place to create new memories with your loved ones. Backyard has a large 15’ x 45’ patio and 25’ x 30’ lawn.
