Welcome to our home-away-from-home vacation rental, where classic coastal charm meets modern comfort! As we kick off our second year of sharing this beloved family home, we’re thrilled to invite you to experience its fresh upgrades, and relaxing vibes.

This gem is just a 3-minute stroll to both the sparkling sands of Pacific Beach and the calm waters of Mission Bay. Want to explore? You’ll be within walking distance of grocery stores, fantastic restaurants, and endless activities—no need to worry about driving! (But don’t stress, we’ve got you covered with 2 driveway parking spots, large enough for 2 full sized cars).
Outdoor Living
Prepare to be wowed by the outdoor space! The backyard is a true oasis, featuring a 15’ x 45’ furnished patio, perfect for lounging with a morning coffee or sunset cocktail. Plus, there's a grill on the patio, ready for those evenings when you want to enjoy a delicious barbecue. The 25’ x 30’ lawn is ideal for games or just relaxation. A partial patio cover lets you enjoy the ocean breeze while staying cool in the shade. Your perfect outdoor retreat awaits!

Step inside to discover a charming, family-friendly home that’s been lovingly updated to include modern touches while maintaining its original character. The warm hardwood floors, recently remodeled kitchen and bathrooms provide all the comfort and style you need for a memorable stay.

The 1400 square foot home features three thoughtfully decorated bedrooms and two full bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. Every detail has been designed with your comfort in mind, ensuring you’ll feel refreshed and at home.
A Home with Heart
This 1948 home has been cherished by our family for four generations. With roots tracing back to France and a story that includes building a successful dry goods store in Arizona, this home has been a gathering place for love, laughter, and lasting memories. Now, we can’t wait for you to make your own memories here!

• The property managers live next door and will warmly greet you upon arrival. They’re just a phone call away if you need anything!
• Out of respect for our neighbors and local regulations, only the guests listed in your reservation are permitted to stay on the property or use it for gatherings. If you’re meeting friends or family, we recommend catching up at the beach, a nearby restaurant, or another off-site location.
