We had a great stay at this lake house.
There are a lot of stairs so just something to be aware of. The stairs are in good condition but may difficult for someone with mobility/joint issues.
The neighborhood was quiet. There were plenty of beds and room for everyone.

Comfortable Perham Getaway by the Lake
We had a comfortable family getaway at the lake. The kitchen was well-appointed with dishes and everything you will need to cook all your family meals. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The living room and dining room are spacious and nicely decorated. The house is on quiet road and close to Perham and the golf course. Suggestions: Deck screen door needs repair. Coffee maker and bathroom towels need to be replaced. There wasn’t a drain stop in the master bathroom tub so couldn’t take a bath. The heating-cooling registers need dusting. We didn’t use the beach. All in all we had a wonderful time.
This was a very nice place to stay great location and a very good fishing lake
We enjoyed our stay the cabin was perfect but there were a few things that needed to get fixed there were knobs that fell right off the cabinets and a coat rack in the entryway that was not fastened to the wall at all just pinched in there and when we hung are stuff up to dry it fell but it was just minor as we just put it back how it was other then that this was a five start place
We had a family wedding at The Barn. The location is just minutes away and the house has a nice area for a family meal and a great deck for hangin in out. One of the bathrooms is off the master bedroom which worked well for my elderly parents. The steps down to the lake are sturdy but it is rather steep for exert people potentially.
Loved the huge dining table, play set and sand in backyard away from lake for the littles, and the proximity to town. May want to replace the dishes as many are chipped or cracked and could be a safety issue. We had a great time!
first of all just a couple concerns, The main TV in the living room was an older model that needed to be turned on with the on button on the TV. That would have been no problem, but the on button was broke so would not turn on TV. I contacted the project manager several times and left a message but never got a reply. So this is more of a disappointment with the property management company. The only other disappointment was the beach area, the beach was sandy but a foot into the lake it became a muddy muck, which we realize that cannot be helped, we took the boat and floaties out into deeper water and swam. The house and yard was very nice and the neighborhood was quite. The kids loved the sand pile that was there and we spent alot of time on the large grassy area by the lake playing games and hanging out. There are alot of steps down to the lake, but the steps are well maintained.
We really enjoyed our stay at Big Pine. The house was lovely and had lots of room for a big family. There are quite a few steps to get down to the lake so that is something to consider. There were lots of water toys for us to use, and a swing set and sandbox for the littles. There was a big grill and a black stone griddle as well.
