PLEASE NOTE: DATES FROM OCT 17-DEC 18 +/- ARE FOR WORKERS IN THE AREA OR FOR DISPLACED RESIDENTS DUE TO THE FIRST FLOOR BEING FLOODED, YOU WILL ONLY HAVE ACCESS TO THE SECOND FLOOR. THAT WILL INCLUDE 2 BEDROOMS, 2 BATHROOMS AND THE MAIN LIVING SPACE INCLUDING THE KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM. WE WILL HAVE SOMETHING BLOCKING THE ACCESS TO THE FIRST FLOOR. WORKERS MAY BE PRESENT DURING YOUR STAY, BUT WILL HAVE NO ACCESS TO THE SECOND FLOOR. THEY WILL BE WORKING ON THE FIRST FLOOR ONLY.

-Property is monitored by a camera at the southeast corner looking to the backyard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.

-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.
