The property is surrounded by ample means of transportation,
restaurants and attractions, typical for it's midtown west
neighborhood. The flat has just been fully renovated and furnished with
all the amenities one would expect from a boutique hotel in a
personalized environment that will rightfully make you feel at home.
Nonetheless, this 1 bed 1 bathroom is a rare find indeed. We carefully
manicure all of our spaces to provide an experiential and highly
functional living for a truly competitive price. A six-minute walk from
the front door of the building will get you to the train station at the
corner of West 50th Street and 8th Avenue for the A, C, and E trains on
the 50th Street Line. This apartment is a smoke-free unit that includes
paid parking and WiFi. This apartment may be furnished or unfurnished
at the time of your move-in date.


Your safety and comfort are our top priorities! To ensure this, we ask
all our new members to complete a background and credit check, as well
as electronically sign a separate residency agreement. Just a heads up,
you'll need to share your ID and Social Security Number (for those in
the US) with us. We'll shoot over the agreement right after you book,
and we kindly ask you to sign it quickly to guarantee your room. For
your credit, we're looking for scores above 550-650, depending on your
city and we'll need a clean criminal record too (this doesn't apply to
DC). If you meet all the requirements, you will receive the agreement
which you need to sign within 24 hours. This property is tailored for
long-term stays and is not like a traditional short-term rental. For
example, we do not provide towels, linens, or other similar amenities.
Guests are required to bring these items with them. We hope this setup
