The downstairs features three bedrooms, one and a half baths, an updated kitchen, and electric fireplace. The upstairs is a separate studio with private deck (with a partial ocean view), king sized bed, bathroom and kitchenette. Cozy modern furnishings throughout.

Great Spot in Mendocino

We enjoyed our stay here - property is very close to Mendocino - well appointed and owners were fabulous at communication. Recommended.

Fun time overall

Really enjoyed this property. The location was excellent right off highway 1 although it was a bit noisy from the freeway traffic in the mornings. Both my friend and myself agreed that the two queen beds downstairs were probably the most comfortable beds we have slept in. The only complaint our group had was the couple sleeping upstairs said the bath towels up there smelled like mildew. So they had to grab extra towels from the downstairs hallway as those were ok. Oh and the wifi speed was slow but we didn't use it that much. Overall a fun time and our group agreed we would definitely rent here again.
