Fantastic Experience All Around
Fabio has an incredible property setup here and my wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The location, first floor convenience and amenities were superb. Being able to walk out of the room, grab the paddle board or snorkel setup and go out was awesome! Fabio was proactive and communicative with us before and during our stay and we are so appreciative of this entire experience. Thank you for everything!

Absolutely the best beach
We had best vacation ever and we like to travel so we have enough experience to give this statement . The location is probably one of the best on island you can explore neighboring islands or stay whole vacation without leaving resort to enjoy absolutely fantastic beach, great restaurant or pool. Fabio is very helpful and easy to communicate with all needs.

Fantastic Stay!
This place was perfect for our stay! Fabio was very responsive when we had questions prior to and during our stay. The unit is well furnished and had everything we needed. The view is AMAZING and it is maybe 30 steps to the water. The property has multiple restaurants to choose from. The food was good at all of them. Sometimes we would just do take out and enjoy the view from the patio while we ate. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for a beachfront getaway
We spent 6 days there in February of 2024. You walk right out the door, onto the sand, walk about 60 ft and you're in the water! The snorkeling was good. Don't rely on the snorkel equipment that's provided. Most of it is in rough shape. But you can rent it from a guy on the beach. Very well equipped, clean kitchen. The interior of this unit is VERY dark. Not the light, tropical atmosphere you might be expecting. The lamp on the vanity in the bedroom was broken so it was like being in a cave. The onsite restaurant, Salt Social was excellent! The beach bar was great when the cruise people left! Don't expect resort amenities like tennis, games, spa etc... there aren't any. But the location can't be beat if you want your toes in the sand on demand!

5th Anniversary trip

This is the most beautiful beach on the island from what we were able to visit. It has a large beach area and snorkeling area. The room walks straight out on to a beautiful patio, then sandy beach and ocean just steps away. The room is perfect for 2 people, max of 3 or 4 with foldout couch but would be too crowded for us. The host Fabio was so prompt in everything. We had a tropical storm that kicked us out of power once and AC once. He was on it immediately to help. There was snorkeling gear and a paddle board. Two beach towels, fresh towels and clothes in the bathroom. The kitchen was fully equipped for breakfast, lunch, and dinner if need be. Moe's had a good selection of groceries to keep while visiting. There is a safe in the closet that made us feel extra protected but not necessary. The property has onsite parking lot guard 24/7. We felt extremely safe on this secluded property. There are a couple restaurants a few steps away. A couple pools and a marina are onsite as well. Rentals for kayaks and other equipment. Condo guests get free chairs that are located by the B building. Make sure to tip your chair guardian! This was an A+++ trip. I will most definitely be booking with Fabio again.

Great stay in B106!!
We just finished a 10-day stay at Sapphire Beach Resort in Fabio’s B106 unit. We have previously stayed in another unit the last 3 times we were there, but it was unavailable this year. We searched VRBO and found B106 was available. We contacted Fabio and he gave us a really good deal since we were staying 10 days. He was very responsive to our questions about his unit before out stay and during our stay. Sapphire Beach Resort is probably the nicest place to stay in St. Thomas. It has wonderful views of the islands surrounding St. Thomas. It has a nice pool, a beach bar, a pizza place, upscale restaurant, and coffee shop. It is a 5-minute drive to Red Hook, which has numerous restaurants and the American Yacht Harbor. Sapphire Beach also has its own marina, where you can charter boats. B106 is on the ground floor and is probably 50 feet from the water. The unit is well-stocked with everything that you would need for a 10-day stay. It has a box full of snorkeling equipment, toys, rafts, beach chairs, and a 10-foot paddleboard on the patio. It has plenty of towels that are much higher quality than normal units and a couple of beach towels also for your use. It has a comfortable king-size bed and very nice furniture. Fabio also owns B107 which is next door, so if you were to need 2 units, this might be something you would want to consider. When we return to St. Thomas next year, we will definitely consider renting this unit again.

We Love Sapphire Beach and Marina, It has so much to offer. We fall in love the first time we visited. The building surrounded by palm trees and the amazing scenery, islands and turquoise waters... Breathtaking views! Once you enter our condo, you can see the turquoise waters through the window... but the best part of all is stepping out into the Beach. The fact that you can open the sliding doors and put your feet on the sand is priceless. Say no more... we can't wait to go back...

Why they chose this property

St Thomas has a lot to offer. You can find a secluded beach, amazing coral reef, duty-free shopping with the best brands and great gourmet food. Sapphire is a great resort. The people are kind and helpful. The beach is amazing and one of the best for snorkeling in the island. Our condo not only is on the beach side of the resort, but also is protected from the wind and sun. Even more, the fact that it is beach level, allows us to open the door and BAM! feet on the sand.

What makes this property unique

While staying at our property, you enjoy the fact that you can walk to the reef and snorkeling right there. Even more, there are no steps to get to the beach.. Also, for those who like or have to work there is WIFI in the room included in the rate. Decorated in a unique comfortable modern and stylish way.
