Breathtaking views

This property is absolutely stunning. The beds were very comfortable. Everything about the house was very well done I recommend. We did have a little issues with some broken furniture and what not but we made sure we let the owner know right away so that we were not charged for it. Hot tub did come up to temperature, but it took a little while and it wasn’t the cleanest which was disappointing. All in all the house was spectacularly beautiful and we were there for a family get together enjoy the weekend

Wonderful Stay with Minor Suggestion

We recently returned to this delightful property for another stay, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered! The spaciousness of the place is unbeatable, providing ample room for relaxation and enjoyment. The amenities were all in excellent condition, and the cleanliness was impeccable, just as we experienced during our previous visits. However, if we were to make one minor suggestion, it would be regarding the mattresses. While they didn't detract significantly from our overall experience, we noticed they were starting to show signs of wear and weren't as comfortable as we would have liked. A mattress changeover would definitely enhance the comfort level and ensure an even more enjoyable stay for future guests. Despite this small detail, we had a wonderful time at the property and would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a spacious and welcoming accommodation. The familiarity of returning to a place we love made our stay even more special, and we look forward to visiting again in the future. Many thanks to the hosts for maintaining such a lovely retreat!

Beautiful home, great location

We stayed at this property between Christmas and New Year's. We had our family Christmas here. 11 of us altogether in this spacious home. The weather was not great, but we were able to walk the beach, use the hot tub, and go for a polar dip (crazy!) in the lake. Other than that we spent a lot of time indoors playing games and reading. The house is very nice and well taken care of. This is just a great place to stay.

What a gem!

We had a 40th girls trip here in mid September and it was perfect! The large hot tub was absolutely the best addition. Because the water is so cold in Lake Huron, we were able to get warm in the hot tub and run to the lake to cold plunge. Absolutely helpful for morning recovery (: The bedroom facing the water is a gift in itself. Great bed, great bedding and even better view. I went to bed listening to the waves crash. Lake Huron is so clear that it made paddle boarding and kayaking even more fun. There is lots of room and a fun set up. They even have lots of spices! I wish there was Netflix. We had an amazing time.

GREAT LAKE beach resort!

House is perfectly appointed and the beach location can’t be beat. We never left the property. Hopped between the lake and on hot tub all day and night. Campfire and S’mores under the stars on the beach was another great experience right on site. Finally, property management was first class. Responsive and kind. Definitely be booking Libby’s Cove again.

Beach House Goals!

Two nights was definitely not long enough. Our group of 9 consisted of 3 adults and 6 children. The lake view is perfect, especially sunrise. We snorkeled and found lots of cool rocks. We paddled and kayaked all day. Relaxing in the hot tub was such a nice perk after coming out of the lake. Our stay was during the week and we had the beach and lake mostly to ourselves. The home is well decorated, love all the colors-especially the blues. Spacious and a great layout-we could've easily doubled our party in size and still would have been comfortable. Love the grounds outside as well. Nice lighting at night and landscaping. I would definitely rent this place again. Great memories were made here❤️

Fun with family

We get together with family just to spend time together. Don’t live far from Libby’s cove,know the area well but none of us has a house that will accommodate all of us at once. This place has plenty of room for everyone to have their own space while also being together. Had a great time, wish we could have stayed longer. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home and allowing us to also bring the canine members of our family.

All great except trouble with kitchen sink.

The house, beach and hot tub are amazing. We were disappointed that when we arrived and had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up that it was not remedied ever during our 3 nights there. Besides that, we enjoyed ourselves and the house is very roomy and accommodating.

Family holiday vacation

This is our second time staying here with our large family of 16. We love being on the lake, taking walks and seeing the sunrises. The hot tub is awesome to hang out in all day and night. Thanks for a perfect holiday getaway!

Girls Weekend

Overall, our stay was amazing! The space was very open and we had a ton of space for activities! We had a girls weekend and were able to get to a winery, dinner, and some local bars all within 20 minutes of the location. We didn't get to use the hot tub due to the intense winds that were coming off of the water. Our group stayed the first weekend of December, so we were definitely hoping to use it. With that, the stay was still great and we all said we'd love to do another girls trip in the summer!

Beautiful home looking out on water

The check in process went very smoothly with all information provided. There was ample amount of room in the house with many rooms. The property was absolutely beautiful and clean. The look out to the beach and lake were stunning. The owner's were very quick to response and extremely helpful. Would love to come back again to enjoy in warmer months.

Just What We Needed

A group of work friends gathered together for a nice weekend away. The weather was gorgeous for us this weekend!! We were able to sit outside and enjoy the view. The open space is amazing to where if the weather was cold, we'd be able to hang inside as well. Definitely making it a yearly gathering at this location.

Great beach house

We had a group of 18 and had plenty of room in and outside the house. The paddle boards and kayaks got plenty of use and the beach was prefect. Enjoyed a great weekend with family.

Serenity and convenience were excellent. Could have used a step to get into the hot tub and scrubber

Girls Trip

This home is beautiful! We spent so much time on the beach and gathered in the kitchen for meals. There is so much space to spread out and plenty of beds! The sand is soft and the hot tub was perfect at night! We all want to come back next year! Thank you so much!

Perfect spot for a girls’ trip!

This property was absolutely perfect for our first post-covid girls reunion!! The hot tub was amazing and the views of Lake Huron were incredible. We had a fantastic stay!! We did have some difficulty getting cell service which was a nice excuse to unplug. Would recommend this spot to anyone!!

Family time very well spent.

We had 10 adults and 5 kids under 5 and could not of been happier with Libby's Cove. Everything was right there and all were kept occupied. Can't wait to book next summer.
