Frustrating

The apartment itself is great. The unfortunate side is that due to the RNC being in town we were being barricaded out of parking and the freedom to come and go to the property. So we were advised by security at the apartment to leave 2 days early. The owner knew this and unfortunately did not refund our 2 nights we could not be there. We did not have a choice but to leave due to us being in town for a baseball tournament. We communicated our issues but were not given any options. A refund for 2 nights we could not stay was all we wanted. No communication was made with us. Just a message saying they would talk to their team. 24 hrs later. Nothing. That’s the reason for the low rating.
