2BR/2BA Heron Marsh 58 Split Level Villa w/Lake Views in gated Litchfield by the Sea. Full kitchen, dining area, living room and washer/dryer.
Villa is located less than 1/2 mile from the beach. Resort Amenities Include: 4 centrally located golf courses, indoor pool, outdoor pool with lazy river and play plaza, health and fitness center, bike rentals and bike trails, tennis courts, fishing lake (fishing license required), business center, private beach access, wireless internet access, day spa, and Starbucks.

Other Things to Note: Must be 21 years of age to rent. NO PETS or SMOKING IS ALLOWED. Rental comes with linens, towels and a setup pack of paper towels and toiletries. Unit is individually owned and managed by Litchfield Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home. Check-in instructions: Guest will check-in at the front desk of Litchfield Beach and Golf Resort located at: 14276 Ocean Highway Pawleys Island, SC 29585

Perfect Escape

We loved our stay. Everything about the condo was just right, including the proximity to beach access. We loved the hammock and picnic table under the house as well. We would definitely return!

Family Vacation

We come to Litchfield by the Sea every summer for the past 5 years and have stayed in a different unit every year. There were 4 of us so the size of the property was perfect for us. Great location. Beautiful view of the pond. Ample seating. Very well stocked in the kitchen and had a blender and a Keurig! The only downside was the bed downstairs dropped in the middle a little and the appliances could use an upgrade. They worked fine but outdated. Bathrooms could use an update too but overall a great place for the money!
