Central to the Sint Idesbald restaurant and shopping street, 5 minutes walk from the beach but in a quiet residential street, this charming retreat is perfect for a restful weekend or holiday with your feet in the sand or on a sailboat.

The apartment is a small condominium with a front shared garden.

Please note that the utility fee (gas, electricity and water) is charged on the actual consumption. So we check the counters at the beginning and the end and calculate based on the fee set in the contract. If you have any questions, please send us a message.

gute Lage und optisch schönes Haus

der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und die Wohnung liegt toll zum Strand und zum einkaufen. Leider ist sie für große Menschen durch die Dachschräge sehr eng. Was uns aber echt negativ im Nachhinein aufgestoßen ist, sind die hohen Nebenkosten. Wir haben für 6 Nächte zu 3 Personen bei schönem Wetter- also ohne Heizung - 65 zahlen müssen.

Great apartment - great location - friendly owner

We had a great time at the apartment. Well equiped and very clean. Close to the beach, shopping and public transport. Still very quiet and relaxing! We enjoyed it so much that we already came back a second time and will go again next year. The additional charges based on consumption are fair. We spend roughly 100 EUR per week with heating (it was freezing cold outside) and about 50 EUR in normal weather (May). Communication with the owner was great and easy-going. I can highly recommend this apartement.

Kurzurlaub im Märchenhaus

Das war unser erster Kurzurlaub in Belgien und ebenso über FeWo. Unser plan ist es, die Küste von West nach Ost abzuarbeiten, also hielten wir Koksjide für eine gute Wahl. Als wir durch die Angebote geklickt haben, waren wir schockverliebt, als die Bilder vom Castel auftauchten. In der mittleren Preisklasse, direkt Hinter den Hotels und Hochhäusern, ein kleines Castel wie im Märchen. Es ist genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Der private gebührenfreie, abgesperrte Parkplatz vor der Tür, erleichtert das Ein- und Ausladen enorm und bietet ein Gefühl für sichheit. 2 Minuten gemütliches gehen, von der nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeit entfernt. 5 Minuten vom Strand. 5 Minuten vom nächsten guten Bäcker. Das Apartment war sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Mit öffnen der Fenster kam ein kompletter durchzug, was bei den hohen Temperaturen sehr angenehm war. Die meisten Kanten sind auch sorglos für Babys und Kleinkinder zu meistern. Ein Kinderbett + Hochstuhl für Kinder ist vor Ort. Die Nachbarn waren selten zu sehen aber immer freundlich und für einen smalltalk zu haben. Wir werden diese Unterkunft ein jedenfall Weiterempfehlen und vielleicht auch nochmal Besuchen. Alles da, was man braucht

Wir waren für zwei Wochen im Familienurlaub an der belgischen Küste. Die Ferienwohnung hatte alles, was wir man benötigt. Zumindest haben wir nichts vermisst. Die Fewo liegt sehr ruhig und man ist fußläufig in wenigen Minuten am Strand. Um die Ecke ist gleich ein SPAR und eine Bäckerei.

Das Objekt ist ruhig gelegen und Supermarkt sowie andere Objekte(Bäckerei, Cafe etc.) sind innerhalb von 100 Metern. Vorteilhaft ist auch der eigene Parkplatz.

Fehlende Angaben über entstehende Nebenkosten

Die Wohnung ist in einer sehr zentralen Lage zum Einkaufen als auch zum Strand. Allerdings sollte in der Anzeige sofort ersichtlich sein, dass nach der eigentlichen Buchung über Fewo-Direkt noch zusätzliche Kosten entstehen. Wir mussten 200 Kaution zahlen und von dieser Kaution wurden dann die Nebenkosten in Höhe von 70 € für 5 Tage abgezogen. Das ging so nicht aus der Anzeige hervor. Ansonsten hätten wir uns ggf. für ein anderes Objekt entschieden, da für uns das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis maßgebend war.
