A- The Mountain Lodge is a fully renovated 5 bedroom/3 bath, 3,300 sf cabin on 2 wooded acres, with 2 fireplaces, soaring ceilings with original exposed Redwoods. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked for all of your culinary needs, complete with convection oven, coffee and waffle bar, and brand new black stainless steel appliances. The huge bunk room makes room for everyone. Settle in for a movie in the Theater Room with Snack Bar, or enjoy the Game Room shuffleboard table, bowling, game table, poker table, and bumper pool. Official Backgammon Table and chairs, chess, checkers and more. Features 5 bedrooms, sleeps 14 adults and/or combo adult/kids (children under 5 and under don't count in guest total). Three completely remodeled bathrooms with showers (1 bath/shower combo) Upstairs has 3 bedrooms. King Primary bedroom and bathroom with a walk in tile shower. 2nd bedroom features a queen sized bed and the 3rd upstairs bedroom has TWO twin XL beds or slide them together for another King sized bed.

Downstairs is even bigger than the main living upstairs with a full theatre room with a built in Snack Bar, Large Beverage Refrigerator, a Game Room with Poker Table/Bumper Pool/Game Table, A Lighted Shuffle Board w/Bowling. a Bunk Room featuring 2 queen beds and 3 twin bunks. A second downstairs bedroom has a twin bed and is a great place for a toddler playroom.

The double door Gear Garage has all the room for your extra toys and equipment (no vehicles). An extra refrigerator. All this while enjoying the private two acres and amazing.

Our Family Vacation

We were able to spend 4 wonderful nights at this wonderful cabin getaway. The house is set up nicely and accommodated everyone nicely. It has plenty of space to gather with everyone and yet quiet enough to sneak off in your own little corner and enjoy a little quiet time by the fire. The yard was full of snow and the little kids loved shoveling, sledding, sweeping and stomping around in it. The court was a fun space to get out of the rain and run around and make wonderful memories with our grandchildren.

Nice extended fall weekend

Pristine, well-kept property. Well-supplied kitchen (of course, BYO food & drink). Kids loved the pickleball court. Two fireplaces for cozy ambiance, two large TVs for movie viewing. We had 8 adults and three kids plus two dogs. Plenty of room for everyone. Mysterious Cold War era satellite dish behind the house. Great for playing spy in the woods.

Amazing mountain home made all the best memories

Thank you for making the Mountain house so special. Our large group of adults, baby, kids and a dog really enjoyed all of the amazing appointments and comforts! From hot tub fun, to great meals in the fully appointed kitchen to the special touches (games galore and a snack bar in the movie room!!) we made amazing memories that will last until we come back for another stay! In addition to the amazing house, beautiful decor, and all those thoughtful touches the house is so close to so many things! We enjoyed hiking at Wildwood park right down the road, snowshoeing up the hill at mirror lake, visiting Timberline lodge and skiing at Meadows. All just a short drive up the mountain! Thank you for all that you do to make the entire experience so effortless. From a spotless check in through an easy check out, 100% of our time was spent enjoying our family and your amazing home! Looking forward to booking again this summer to see what fun we can up to in a whole different season!

Excellent stay at an excellent location

The space was perfect for myself and my group of 7 friends as well as their three children ranging from 1-11. The pickleball court was great fun (though be warned there are a few dead spots) and we loved the convenient distance to several hikes and other attractions up by Mt. Hood.

Awesome Mountain House

Very spacious with rooms for all our family member's needs. Well stocked kitchen for our big group. Very comfy beds and nice linens. Everyone LOVED the pickleball court, spent a lot of time there. Family room shuffleboard, big TV and snacks a big hit! Close to Mt. Hood activities. Owner very accommodating, family says lets go back next year!

Great House for the Whole Family

Great house. Nicely appointed with everything you might need. We had a group of 9 and there is plenty of space (inside and outside) to hang out. The pickle ball court was a nice and got a lot of use. Kelly was very responsive to any questions. Highly recommend it.

Family getaway

I come home every summer to spend time with my family. This place had all the space and plenty of things to do for all ages. We didn’t have to leave the property once. It was a great experience and location. Would reserve again in a heartbeat.

Great home!

Well appointed home in a lovely wooded setting. Close to outdoor activities at Mt. hood and the pickle ball/volleyball court provided hours of entertainment for the teens. Kelly was a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Good weekend stay

The house worked just fine for us. It wasn’t our best experience, nor our worst. There is plenty of room to spread out and they had all the things you’d expect in a vacation rental. The kids really liked the playing with the toys there.

Excellent Family Getaway!!

Our family chose this amazing home to spend 8 days together! Location is amazing! The space in the home was great. We had 10 adults and 2 young ones with us and our furry family members. There was enough space for everyone and something to do everyday! The cabin was very clean and well stocked. Lots of games and lovely details to make our visit special. The host was wonderful to communicate with and answered any questions we had right away. I highly recommend a stay here at the mountain house!!

We LOVE the Mountains! We were married on Mount Hood (Silcox Hut) and this property has never been offered as a rental. We were fortunate to purchase this from the original owner who had cared for this place impeccably and we have fully updated every surface (except the Redwood ceilings) and updated it to its original standards
