Our Veranda home in Treviso Bay's gated community with social membership includes 2 bedrooms plus den/3rd bedroom (king, double, and two sofa queen pull-outs) 2 full bathrooms, with five star luxury resort amenities and just 5 miles to downtown Naples and 5th avenue and close to Naples white sand beaches. Located on the 2nd floor (no one above), with total area of 1,450 sq. ft. plus two screened lanai areas with beautiful view of lake! King in master, with his and her walk-in closets and dual sinks in bathroom, double bed in 2nd bedroom, Queen pull out sofa bed in den and 2nd bathroom with tub. Laundry in unit, fully equipped kitchen, and 3 smart TVs with high definition cable boxes.

Dine at the Treviso Bay golf clubhouse that overlooks the beautifully maintained TPC golf course designed by Arthur Hills. The gorgeous clubhouse facilities include bar, dining, and weekly themed dinner events. There’s also a library and game room that includes, pool tables, ping pong, shuffleboard, darts, chess, and card tables.

We are walking distance to Rilassare, ‘The Club’ where you can enjoy the luxurious full service spa and saloon services including manicure/pedicures, fitness center, yoga room, sauna, poolside grill and bar, lagoon style waterfall and lap pools, cabanas, lakeside beach, playground, basketball, bocce ball, 8 Har-Tru tennis courts, and tennis pro shop. There are firepits, live entertainment and lots of activities. The community also has has miles of walking and biking opportunities with gorgeous sights and landscaping.

5 mile drive to Naples' 5th Avenue, gorgeous beaches, exceptional dining and shopping. Marco Island is within a 20 minute drive.

Unless you are a TPC member, accesses to golf course is only allowed between May and October. There is a beautiful public golf course directly across the street from Treviso Bay, and many other wonderful golf courses close by all throughout Naples. At no time is golf included with this rental.

Paradise!

This property is gorgeous and very well stocked!!! We have been to Treviso Bay for several winters and this location is by far our favorite! We love its location within the community. Our daughter and family ( 6 yr old and 4 yr old) loved the pools, fishing in lake and especially playing the games in their well stocked cabinet! SORRY became the family favorite! Eric and Jo are easy to contact and furnishings are gorgeous!! Great location within Naples! Close to fabulous restaurants and beaches!!! Thanks so much, Grace and Ronnie

Great home in a great resort

The property is very well appointed with attention to details. We enjoyed the screened in porch with a lake view. The hosts are responsive and easy to work with. Treviso Bay has a resort feel with miles of walking walking paths, pools and manicured grounds. We plan to return,.
