HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and we are happy to be welcoming back guests! The beaches are open and fully accessible as well as most of all restaurants and shops! The pool is now open!!

Please note: The building will be undergoing a significant renovation project, as they are working on the balconies. During this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there may be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities.

Enjoy your own slice of paradise in this stunning 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located right on the beach!
The main living space boasts a breathtaking view of the beach and the beachfront balcony and can be admired from the living room, dining room, and kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen has every convenience of home that you desire to create those wonderful home-cooked meals or to grab a quick snack to enjoy by the beach. The dining room table has plenty of space for the entire family to enjoy a meal together. The master suite is a luxurious retreat with private balcony access, offering stunning views of the Gulf.
Sunsets from the balcony simply can't get any better!
There are many outside amenities to take advantage of as well. Grill up something delicious to enjoy under the tiki hut beachside with conveniently located gas grills. Also beachside is our heated pool and restrooms. On the beach you will find chairs and umbrellas available to rent and even a net for some beach volleyball.

A very short walk to Salt Rock Grill and Indian Shores Coffee. The beach and its sunsets didn’t disappoint. We stayed in unit 202, it is well maintained and nicely furnished. We will definitely be back!

Condo was clean except for dirty underwear left in a drawer. We were left without parking for 1 vehicle multiple nights bc another guest from 204 took our spot. However, overall, we had a great trip.

Sea Gate

Condo is clean and the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. Fridge has an ice machine. Wine fridge is also a nice touch.

However, I was very disillusioned with having insects, roaches, running around on top of the counter. Also the silverware drawer and garbage cupboard were dirty. It made my skin crawl. The tops of the furniture were barely dusted, the table top in the kitchen had dried milk on it. I just felt like I was dirty the whole time I was there. So so disappointed. The lock on the door had to be jimmied in order to use it. Now I will grant you, that the Exterminator was contacted and came out promptly. Also before the end of our stay, the lock was replaced on the door. I very much appreciated this however I’m sorry I had to complain about things in order to get things taken care of. I doubt they would ever stay here again or would ever recommend the Seagate to anyone. When I am paying what I believe is top dollar for a unit, I am expecting to have things to be clean and bug free. Thank you

Phenomenal stay

We had a wonderful week in Indian Shores! We loved the location - walking distance to some shops, coffee, etc. - and you cannot beat the ocean views for mornings and sunsets. We found the unit to be very comfortable and clean. The kitchen had everything we needed for our nightly dinners of fresh seafood from Nachman's. The beds were comfortable and the condo was spacious. We felt the property was well taken care of and we saw someone there daily cleaning up the common spaces including the pool bathrooms. We will definitely be looking to visit again and would rent this place in a heartbeat. Highly recommend the area and this particular unit.

Wonderful location & well equipped kitchen

My family had a wonderful time at this condo. The beach was uncrowded and it was nice to have a pool. It's a quiet area but dining options and activities are close by. The condo was a nice size with a large balcony. The negative aspects were the beds and linens. The beds weren't very comfortable. The mattress had a thick plastic covering, no cloth mattress cover, and a very thin sheet with pulls in the fabric. No top sheet on the king size bed. It really is a nice condo and improvements on the beds and linens would make it perfect.

STAIRS!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family vacation was great with some exceptions. The weather cooperated for the most part and the beach was beautiful as always (lots of seaweed in the ocean, however). The condo was well stocked and had plenty of room. One concern was the floors (I don’t think they had been mopped in a long time. Our feet were black the first evening after only being there for 3-4 hours. Our biggest problem was the non-working elevator !!! At least 5 people were stuck in the elevator during our stay and had to have the fire department come to get them out. One of them was my son and he was panicked and sweating profusely after being trapped for over 30 minutes. I myself have arthritis in both feet, both knees and one hip. Stairs are NOT for me. I am having knee replacement surgery in 2 days so this was not a welcomed challenge. I had noticed the inspection sticker in the elevator stated it expired in 2020!!! 2 years ago! That is unacceptable.

Nice but attention needed

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting Indian Shores for many years and have stayed in 202 Seagate multiple times also. It is a good property but it seems items that need fixing each visit never seem to be fixed by the next time. Things like a dryer that takes forever to dry (think 3 rounds), lights in closets and in some spaces that never turn on, grout that never seems to be updated in tubs etc. This time these same things were there and not fixed but we also experienced a cat 1 hurricane on one of the evenings and had to worry about our parking space being underneath a massive tree that extended over the full length of the car too. The previous week this meant dropped branches and bird droppings each day but this week it meant being worried about bigger damage. Again nothing big but just another small irritant that we find each time we visit.
