Your home away from home! This beautiful villa is equipped with everything you need to have the perfect family getaway.

Sunset villa is a truly gorgeous family Three-bedroom, two-bathroom and office (dedicated workplace) air-conditioned home in a very quiet, peaceful neighborhood of Westridge/ Davenport.

Villa was fully renovated to an extremely high standard with top-of-the-line furniture and stainless steel appliances. As owners we visit our villa at least two times a year and do upgrades on regular basis, replacing used items with new ones and supplying things that were often suggested by guests. The villa has a wonderful open plan layout with a huge eat-in kitchen, high ceilings, a living room overlooking the pool and formal dining room, a master suite, a queen bedroom, a twin bedroom, and an office - which can be easily converted to the 4th bedroom.

All bedrooms are superbly furnished with many individual touches to create the feeling of a home away from home. The house was specifically designed for extended family vacationing together with children, grandparents, or friends.

This executive villa offers privacy, comfort, and freedom that cannot be found in a hotel room and provides everything you could wish for to make your unforgettable Florida Vacation.
The villa location allows you to travel in short distances (15 min) to Disney World, Animal Kingdom, Epcot Center, MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, and Pleasure Island. In about 20 min you could be in SeaWorld or Universal Studio. Only 5 min away there are supermarkets like Publix or Walmart and several restaurants.

There are several Golf Courses situated just minutes away. Westridge community offers a Children’s Playground, swimming pool, basketball and tennis courts, Orlando International Airport is only 35 minutes away

Comfortable beds, clean, and attentive manager

The beds were comfortable, the house and pool were clean and Mark, the property manager was very responsive! So you know this is a real review, the only thing we wanted was one extra roll of toilet paper per bathroom and a set of cloth kitchen towels.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The pool and game room were nice additions, but a few small things would've made it better. We only had one small roll of toilet paper per bathroom, which is inconvenient when you are not able to go to the store for a couple of days. The thermostat was set to 75, and would return if you tried to change it, so that was a little too hot our comfort at night. Also, the gas grill didn't seem to work - there was propane in the tank but it wouldn't light.

Good sized house in quiet neighborhood

We had a great time staying in this property - rooms are all spacious, good sized pool, kids loved the games room. The main bedroom bed was enormous and very comfy. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed and laundry area was great and came in very useful. The coded door system was good - no key to take around with us. Cleanliness was not the best - we were advised by the hosts that they have recently changed cleaning company and will follow this up with them. Some of the furniture was tired and tatty (a lot of the leather items were damaged, skirting boards damaged). A lot of the cupboards were used as storage for the owners stuff - pictures, bar stools etc in the wardrobes, it would be better if these were clear for guest use. Pool heating wasn't working when we went - this was the main reason we chose this property as the title says 'oversized heated pool'. This was a shame but outside of the owners control. The unheated pool was ok for a quick dip but too cold to stay in for long or to use in the evenings. Overall a lovely house in a nice neighborhood, owners had great communication. A little bit of updating and better cleaning and it would have been perfect.

Nice and comfortable

Everything was nice and clean. Nice location if you're wanting to do anything in Orlando. I wouldn't recommend swimming without the pool heater option tho cause it was freezing, especially during the warm part of the day. Hosts were very nice tho and informed us that the heater was out before arriving and even gave us a refund for the trouble which is very much appreciated. Highly recommend if you're wanting a trip to Disney or sea world.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed the home, it was a nice touch that they had lights on for us since they knew we were coming in during the night. Communication was great! Our only complaints were the pool was too cold to enjoy and the pillows were flat. I did contact the owner about the pool being so cold and they claimed there was a problem with the pool heater which was disappointing as the heated pool was the reason we chose this home. They did however refund us a nights stay since we left a day early and were not able to enjoy the pool which we appreciate.

Positives: The house was very clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were very nice. The owner responded quickly to questions and concerns. Only a few miles away from a nice park, restaurants and grocery stores. Beds were comfy but pillows were flat. Negatives: The pool heater was broken and the water was very cold. This was very disappointing because the whole reason we stayed at this rental was because of the heated pool. The indoor thermostat was set at 76 and we could not adjust it. Luckily there were ceiling fans in every room, but it was still warm at night. Overall: It was a very nice place to stay and we would have given it five stars if not for the broken pool heater. Some the pool was the main reason we chose this rental, it was very frustrating that it was not working and the pool was very cold.

My wife and I wanted to get out of the Orlando traffic and this house was perfect. We loved it and we will be coming back again. Great location that looks to be growing and a great neighborhood to walk in.

Only disappointment was the weather!

Unfortunately, the Florida weather didn’t cooperate and give us pool weather, but we were able to enjoy our vacation house not far from Disney World. The pictures reflect reality and the narrative is accurate. The host was always quick to respond both before we arrived and during our stay. Would stay again if we come back to this area. Lots of games to keep our granddaughters busy during the rainy days, too!

Great experience!

We rent a Vrbo home yearly and have done so for many years and this was one of our best experiences. The host was super responsive and got back to me with questions incredibly fast! The home was clean, lovely, decorated beautifully, comfortable beds, quiet safe neighborhood, larger than usual pool, activities for the kids (14 and 9) to do in the garage, and there were even drinks left for us and the kids which we greatly appreciated! What a nice small touch that made us feel expected and welcomed. I always read reviews before renting and the concerns listed in prior reviews are not anything to be concerned about. This is a beautiful home and our stay was very comfortable. We weren’t at all ready to leave at check out and plan to rent again.

Disney trip and time away

Close to Disney. Very clean and lots of space we had 4 adults and had plenty of room for all of our things. Neighborhood very nice and quiet. Pool was clean weather just didn't cooperate. We even drove to Sarasota for an evening was about hour and a half away. Great place for any type of vacation.

Ok stay, with some issues

The first thing we notice in the master bathroom was that the door to the shower was very tight (estimating 20 inches wide), but once we squeezed into the shower, it was ok. The master toilet room was the same way. You could not open or close the door without straddling the toilet. Multiple months of dust noted on all fans within the home. All the beds felt hard and cheap including the bedding and pillows. We paid extra for the pool heat which never did reach the temperatures promised. Property manager did send someone out day 3 of being there after we had two nights with freezing water and the temperature did increase some after their visit, but was still not as warm as promised. A refund was never offered for this inconvenience. Ants were noted first in the master bathroom then in the room with the twin beds despite not having food or beverages in the rooms. Property manager did offer to send someone out the night before we left to clean this issue up, however we declined due to us checking out early the next morning. The kitchen was appropriately stocked except for one exception, the bathroom sized trash can. Multiple lightbulbs out throughout the entire home. Overall the property manager responded quickly, but will not be staying here again.

Overall good experience at this property. However, we never got a chance to use the pool although we paid for it to be heated. We were refunded our money without hesitation. Towels and the shower could have been cleaned better, but overall this was an excellent place to stay.

Recently, we purchased Sunset Villa, fulfilling a dream to own a vacation home in the south. The home offers travelers a delightful vacation experience where you can enjoy all that Orlando has to offer while unwinding at the Villa. We fell in love with this home, and we are sure you will love it too.
