I live in Miami Full time, but work takes me out of the county frequently. I LOVE living here and this residential building is is the perfect location. 15 minutes to the airport and easy access to south beach without the traffic and crowds.

What makes this property unique

This is my home - and I'll make sure it is fully accessible to make it your home from home while you are in Maimi. Feel free to have friends and family come stay with you - but I will have to restrict (per building requirements) to not having multiple tenants or any sub-letting.
