**As a part of this listing there is a $2,000 security deposit that gets held on your credit card. The deposit gets automatically refunded to you after your stay. **
1. Golden rule: Treat our property how you’d like yours to be treated, and treat your neighbors how you’d like to be treated.
- Our floors and carpets are super clean. PLEASE REMOVE YOUR SHOES.
- Please be mindful when eating in the living rooms or bedrooms. Clean up any spills and don’t leave food or dirty dishes out for long periods, to help keep our property pest free.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 pm – 8 am.
2. You must be 25 years or older to book this luxury home. As a part of this booking we are required to get the photo ID of the main person booking the property. Children are welcome! Children must always be under the supervision of an adult (18+).
3. NO SMOKING OR VAPING anywhere on the property. NO ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES OR ACTIVITY on the premises. There is a minimum fine of $500 per occurrence.
4. NO PETS, unless explicitly agreed upon. Minimum $500 fine.
5. Please follow our Check-In time of 5pm and Check-Out time of 10am. Guests that do not checkout on time may be charged $50 in hourly increments, at the discretion of Grand Road.
6. Damage / Loss: If you damage or lose anything, please let us know so we can repair or replace it.
- LOST GARAGE OPENER IS $200.
- If we need to replace linens or towels due to damage, there is a minimum fee of $50.
- Damage due to bodily waste has a $100 minimum additional cleaning charge.
- NO PARTIES. If you want to have more guests, contact Grand Road about your group needs.
- If you have an unapproved party, there is a minimum fine of $1000. You also agree to pay any additional fines associated with the party, that may be levied on Grand Road by other local authorities.
7. Grand Road may enter the property in cases where it is urgently necessary to maintain/repair the property, address a safety issue, or comply with local, state, or federal law. Otherwise, Grand Road will seek & receive permission from the guest before entering.
