Come experience TheWesleyKona, where a true tropical escape is possible. This 1 bedroom flat is the newest addition to The Wesley property line up and it’s truly one of a kind!

This is a newly refreshed and spacious open concept duplex flat featuring a luxurious premium queen bed/bedding, A/C (not necessary with the reliable tropical breeze but is available with $15 a day surcharge), extra-large Samsung smart TV. Full laundry inside the flat is available for guest use.

One spacious full-size bathroom includes a large vanity perfect for couples. This unique private duplex building is decked out with gorgeous lighting, an eclectic mix of modern/contemporary/island-inspired decor plus a well-stocked and functional kitchen. We provide plenty of luxury towels, soap & shampoo/conditioner as well as beach gear, towels & toys.

Lasting memories of freshly squeezed/blended tropical fruit and a landscape teeming with hummingbirds, geckos & songbirds of many varieties are just the start. The lush grounds are perfect for soaking up the sun and relaxing on the lanai with a cocktail.

The fully stocked kitchen is set up for entertaining inside or on the lanai. Guests have full use of fine wine (2 sizes), martini, champagne, shot, cocktail glasses as well as an icemaker, dishwasher & full size fridge. Coffee/tea options include a french press, drip machine, electric kettle, filtered water, and grinder.

You'll find eco-friendly updates such as low-flow toilets, dimmable LED bulbs throughout, and high-efficiency appliances.

TheWesleyKona stands alone for its design, amenities & prime location with both downtown, oceanside and mountain trails just minutes away. The Ali’i corridor is one of Kona’s oldest and finest destination locations. Home to gems such as Magics, Royal Kona (amazing for live music & lu’au’s), and Huggos.

We provide one free off-street parking space and ample guest parking. Does a trip to the Oregon coast or through wine country sound about right? We offer Wesley properties in the best California, Oregon & Washington locations (Oregon Coast, Walla Walla, Joshua Tree & Hawaii).

The property is not full service and you will be given self-check-in instructions. We are often just a quick text away. All guests have access to beach gear, pool towels, outdoor patio, laundry & high-speed property-wide wifi.

Early arrival fee of $55 applicable to guests arriving before the standard check-in time of 4:00 PM (please confirm early arrival is available in advance). Late departure is available with a $55 fee for 30 mins to 1 additional hour. If you need a later check-out time it would be 50% of the nightly rate, these are all subject to availability.

Great location with easy access to everything the big island has to offer. Only 1 miles to local hot spots, restaurants, boutiques, shops, and night life. There are fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars, and grocery stores both North & South. Perfect location for day trips or simply hanging out on the beach.
