Ideal for a group of friends or small families, this recently renovated 1,842 sqft Tucson home on 1/2 acre is nestled at the base of the Catalina mountains with stunning back yard views and only 5 minutes away from the city. This house is the perfect base of operations for all your Tucson adventures.
Enjoy amazing mountain views every morning from the comfort of a recently renovated and updated Tucson Home, where breathtaking sunsets are a daily occurrence. House is located against a wash easement so you have an unobstructed view of the mountains and sometimes the local wildlife.

Our house will sleep up to 7 people comfortably. We can also provide a few cots with mattresses for an additional $25 per person per stay just if requested.

great place

We had a great stay at this property. The house layout was ideal. Morning coffee on the patio was very relaxing. The kitchen was well equiped and it was a breeze to cook our meals. The washer/dryer was a good addition for our stay. Our request for additional ammenities was handled promply and with respect for our privacy.

Perfect location and home!

I could live in this home! It has everything you can think of and is on a quiet street with great views. The layout is perfect for family, work, or whatever you have planned. The finishings are great and the extra care taken by the owners makes all the difference. I will be back!

The Desert Oasis

Este lugar es un hogar. It feels like home. In fact, my husband and I would purchase the property if we could. The view is better than in the photos. And the backyard is curated in such a way as to combine all of the colors and textures of the environment. Every morning we watched the sun kiss the forehead of the santa catalina mountain. We watched the gila woodpeckers fly in and out of the saguaro cactus. We heard the coyotes giggling at night. The neighborhood is beautiful and walkable and the neighbors are friendly. We enjoyed walking in the wash area where we saw quail and road runners. The house is tastefully decorated and the furniture is comfortable. As i said we wanted to move into the place "as is". The kitchen has spices and oils and condiments, all types of storage things (plastic containers foile ziplock). There is tea and coffee and everything you could need to cook and eat meals at the house. There are theow bla kes in the licing room and kleenex boxes in every room. If you forgot something, the host probably has it in the house. The laundry room is huge and they have every kind of product you could beed from stain removers (with instructions for sifferent kinds of stains) to fabric softner. We lacked for nothing. We rented a motorcyle for the duration of the trip and there were so many beautiful roads to ride, especially the road up mount lemmon. After every adventure we were glad to retuen "home" for a good nights rest. We will return.

Workation Bliss in Tucson

Our stay at this Vrbo in Tucson was nothing short of fantastic. Best VRBO Ever

Fabulous house, location, and hosts. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this was the best-ever. Super clean and absolutely everything you could possibly need. Great place for a family and we snowbirds used it for an entire month and had everything we needed. Beautiful backyard with mountain views and a variety of wildlife. We give this property an A plus plus!

Top Notch!

This place exceeded our expectations. The backyard view was stunning, the neighborhood lovely and quiet (great for walks), the house spacious and spotless. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need or want, the beds were comfortable, there was even firewood for the backyard fire pit. We were just two senior couples but there was plenty of room for kids. And there were so many little welcoming touches - big bath towels, a stool in the second bath so kids could reach the sink, extra throws in the living if the weather gets chilly - lots of thoughtful little gestures. Honestly, this place is why you rent from VRBO.

A perfect stay

We LOVED our stay. The house was perfect in every way. Spectacular views of sunrise and sunset. Loved sitting outside having coffee looking at the mountains while my sons with hiked or ran. , and they both loved the location for cycling and running. Highly recommend this home as a base camp for cycling, especially for Mt Lemmon and Le Buzz cafe. The home was immaculate, and had everything you could think of. We felt at home and comfortable from the moment we walked in. We were sad to leave and plan to come back

Beautiful house with a view of the mountains

The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. My husband said that he thought the owners had a degree in hospitality-everything was so well thought out. We were there for birding and the backyard was perfect! We saw lots of birds and had beautiful views. The house is nearby to lots of activities and the grocery store is just down the street. We didn’t want to leave!

Simply Amazing!!

We have stayed at over 15 vaca rentals & this property is our absolute favorite!! Stunning views & beautiful decor added to our wonderful stay. The kitchen has ALL the amenities you could ever need or want! The firepit in the bkyd was a favorite evening gathering spot! In the mornings we watched all the various birds flying between the trees. The beds were super comfy too! Albert & Marissa were great hosts!! Can't wait to come back!!

The property is in our top 5 rental stays. The house was clean, comfortable and modern. We can't say enough good things about the back yard! It was so peaceful to sit and listen to nature in the morning and the watch the stars at night. The location was ideal for what we wanted to do (Saguaro NP East, Sabino Canyon, and sunrise in Mt. Lemmon)during our short stay. We would definitely stay again if in the area. Thank you Marissa and Albert for proving this great property!

An absolute gem!

My hubby and Mom and I so enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home with fantastic views! The pictures don’t quite prepare you for how spacious the home and property are and the area is so convenient to many of the places we wanted to visit in the Tucson area. We came for the excellent bird watching and we saw way more just from the backyard than we ever expected. The house was sparkling clean, the beds were so comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked and the hosts were so nice and have put in many well thought out features. Definitely book this property- you will be so happy here!

Relax & enjoy the view, everything else is done for you!

We enjoyed every minute of our anniversary trip at this desert oasis! While in a neighborhood, it feels very private in the backyard. Brew that cup of coffee and enjoy those mountain views with your very own giant saguaro keeping watch. The house itself is spotless and all you need is right there in the kitchen. With food sensitivities, we don't eat out on vaca. We hit the grocery and had fresh smoothies every morning (the Ninja works great!) & grilled meat & fresh veggies every evening. We came for the hiking & sunset views, plenty of both nearby! Plus special touches like wine glasses out & bubbly chilled with a personal note right when we walked in! Don't hesitate, just book it!

Relaxing holiday home

From the moment my family of two kids, two dogs, and two adults walked in we felt at home. The house is very large and spacious and remodelled with every detail in mind. The house had all the amenities one could ask for especially away on vacation, loved having a great blender available to make morning smoothies and kids dishes too. We loved the fact the hosts left toys for our boys and were easy to communicate with, especially for restaurant suggestions. The house was a step above our expectations and would highly recommend to anyone.

Beautiful House in Gorgeous, Tranquil location

House was beautiful with amazing views of the mountains and sunset. Kitchen was extremely well equipped. Convenient to Mount Lemon and Saguaro National Park. This was among the nicest rental houses we have stayed at.

The hosts were incredibly helpful and always responded quickly. The house was very clean and offered streaming tv services, microwave, toaster oven, coffee pot, all appliances were new and everything worked. Would definitely recommend staying here

Quiet and Peaceful

This home is situated near the base of the mountains in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. You hardly saw anyone outside, and there was no traffic noise. The only sounds were the birds in the daytime and the coyotes at night. The house was very clean, inviting, and had everything needed for our stay. The hosts were excellent in responsing back very quickly with all questions asked. The outside backyard area has chairs that are very confortable for taking naps in. The beds in the bedrooms are very comfortable too.

Great place near Tucson

This turned out to be the perfect spot for me, my wife, and our two teenagers to stay while exploring some activities in the area. It's in a quiet neighborhood about an hour from Mt. Lemmon Ski Valley and close to lots of great hikes and some state parks. The home was very clean and comfortable with lots of attention put into details that made our stay great. An awesome place to come back to and relax after a long day of fun, with all of the comforts and conveniences of home. We really liked the big backyard for coffee on the patio in the morning while enjoying the mountain view or sitting around the fire pit watching stars and listening to coyotes at night. Communication was great, instructions were clear and simple, and the hosts made themselves available in case we needed anything. I would definitely recommend staying here if you need a place in the area.

Beautifully remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood. The house was immaculate and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Many extra amenities were provided and added to the comfort of our stay. The owners responded timely to any questions we had and were very accommodating. The property has a rural feel with gorgeous views but a perfect location to explore the greater Tucson area. Pet-friently with a fully fenced backyard. Wonderful area with chairs to enjoy the sunshine or eat outside at the covered table and chairs. Highly recommend this property. Hope to be back! CH

The views!

This property was a last minute find and turned out to be perfect! Close to hiking, beautiful views, quiet neighborhood, and had all of the personal and convenient touches you could think of. They really thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The property is immaculately cared for and very clean.
