Oceanfront unobstructed views from this 10th floor 1bed/1bath condo!

This 10th floor spacious (777 square feet with a 150-square-foot lanai) one bedroom, one bathroom condo offers some of the best views on the westside. The private lanai overlooks the beautiful Pacific Ocean and both Islands of Lanai and Molokai. The Master Bedroom has a California king bed & the Living Area has a queen sleeper sofa. The condo comfortably sleeps 4 guests. Keep cool with Central Air & ceiling fans throughout the unit. This condo has everything needed to make amazing Maui memories.

***Please note: This property is Hotel Zoned and NOT in danger of the possible upcoming short term rental ban.***

The layout:

Bedroom: Ocean view room with California king size bed, dresser, 2 nightstands with usb chargers, TV with cable, ceiling fan, and sliding lanai door access that leads to lanai. There is also a digital safe for your use.

Bathroom: accessible from bedroom or living room and features walk in shower, single sink vanity, fresh towels, and luxury organic bath products courtesy of Stay Aloha.

Common area: Ocean view open floor plan consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining table for 4 people, Smart TV with cable, pull out sofa sleeper, and sitting chairs. There is a closet with beach gear which consists of beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler only.

***Stay Aloha provides a generous essentials "starter" kit. We do not stock extra and supply more than most on island hosts. There is an Aloha welcome gift for you upon arrival as well***

We do have a $60 damage insurance fee that covers up to $1500 in damage, Accidents happen, we have you covered.

***There is construction going on at this resort for stucco repair on the building. It does not disrupt any of the amenities like pool, fitness center, lobby, elevators, etc.***

The Royal Kahana has a beachfront swimming pool, beachfront BBQ area, complete on-site fitness room, ping pong table, shuffleboard, and an onsite Activities Center/Concierge. Across the street is Kahana Gateway Center, a small shopping center with restaurants such as the Maui Brewing Company. McDonalds, Whaler's convenience store, a gas station, a coffee shop, souvenir shop, and ATMS are also located in the Center.

Parking:

The resort front desk has implemented a parking fee that is payable upon check-in at the resort. This is the only interaction you'll have with the front desk.

Beach information

*The beach fronting the Royal Kahana experiences seasonal ocean current changes that influence the beach’s physical appearance and size. During the fall and winter, it is not uncommon that these currents sweep away a very large amount of sand, which will gradually return back in spring and summer, based on the ocean's current activity. Our HOA, The County of Maui, and the State of Hawaii are working diligently to return Kahana Bay to its full potential.

This circumstance, unfortunately, affects the accessibility of our valued guests to the beach. While there may not be, at times, direct access from the property to the beach during the fall and winter season, there is a public beach access within 5 minutes walking distance. Photos taken on 1/16/2023 show useable beach, but this is not guaranteed.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular professional pest control services for pests such as ants, roaches, and rodents however they cannot be completely controlled in this part of the world.

Hawaii is located in a tropical climate, and insects, rodents, and lizards flourish in this environment. If our guest spot more than the normal expected pests, we always make our best efforts to contact and work with the HOA to minimize your interactions with these pests. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Any contact with such pests within or outside the unit does not constitute a breach of this Agreement or give Guest any right to any refund or rental adjustment. Wonderful view of the ocean, numerous turtle sightings from the lanai. The condo has everything you could possibly want to make your stay just about perfect! Would absolutely recommend and would stay again!

Amazing 50th Birthday!!

The condo was fabulous! The view is amazing! The hotel staff was so welcoming and so was the concierge! The building manager was so accommodating to some issues we experienced and so was Stay Aloha Properties. All in all was an unforgettable stay with a lifetime of memories made. Everything we wanted was in this condo. We are so thankful for such an amazing experience. Highly recommend booking this condo!!! I hope one day to be back. Mahalo for making my birthday magical.

Fantastic view with beautiful sunsets. The condo was clean and comfortable. Watched turtles swim and play every day. I would recommend this condo to anyone wanting to come to Maui.
