Spacious 5 bed 3 bath home. This welcoming retreat is an ideal rental for large groups or families, with easy access to I-70 and close proximity to all Summit County ski resorts. Enjoy mountain activities with nearby hiking, fly fishing, and rafting. Walk down just a few hundred feet to Clear Creek for a riverside walk, bike ride, or wild trout fishing. While the home is very private from neighbors, it is located in a residential area so no parties are allowed.
