Wake up each morning with a coffee courtesy of the espresso machine, strap on your skis or snowboard, and head directly out the door for a dreamy day on the slopes at Jay Peak Resort. Warm-weather visitors will love the location as well, just minutes from Jay Peak Resort Golf Course and the hiking trails of Jay State Forest.

At the condo itself, you’ll find a spacious, homey interior with comfy furniture and two levels to spread out. The full kitchen features stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for at-home meal prep, and the whole gang can dine together at the adjacent table, or just pull up a stool at the breakfast bar for a quick snack. After days on the slopes, cuddle up with cocoa in front of the gas fireplace while you stream the latest release, watch a DVD, or scroll social media with the free WiFi. Play a game of checkers or grab a board game in the second living room downstairs for lo-fi fun. Toss the day’s clothes in the washer/dryer before bed for a quick refresh, and call it an early night in any of three cozy bedrooms - those first tracks won’t lay themselves.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
