Villa-style condo with pool on the beach - Condo 1

Apartment 1 is located on the lower level, with a private patio in the back, and the ability to walk straight out to the heated swimming pool. It has one bedroom with a queen size bed and there is a pull-out sofa in the living room. Parking included.

If you are looking for a great place to stay in Anna Maria Island and want to be close to the beach you will love these condos. They are located literally on the beach front at Holmes Beach with a private heated pool, large private deck area and outdoor gas grill barbecue. Each condo also has designated parking in front of the building.

There are two condos available for rental, both with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Next door you'll find the 'Café on the Beach', serving homestyle breakfast, lunch and dinner, complete with live music from 6pm. There are many charming restaurants within walking distance and plenty of stores and a major supermarket nearby. There is also a fishing pier next to the Café. Close by on the beach there are volleyball courts and a playground.

Very clean place with convenient location.

We enjoyed the convenience with beach right across the street and middle of the island for easy access to north and south restaurants. Walking distance to skinny’s burgers!

Arrived at 3am to find it hadn’t been cleaned from the last person no sheets and towels all used. Pullout sofa was awful. I asked about hurricane damage and was told the condo was fine. Not so we were disturbed several times five on going repairs. Then the dryer didn’t work. B. Had cheap plastic lounges by the pool they call this a villa. The furniture was old and broken down

25th Anniversary getaway

We had a very quiet stay and were steps away from white sandy beaches. Our 1 bedroom condo was very clean and comfortable. The property manager was very kind and friendly. We would definitely like to visit again.

Overall it’s a great location however the condo had a musty smell for condo #1 as well as we had a electric golf cart rented on the island and did not have access at some point in our stay to charge it (plug in) the outside outlet power was turned off which was discouraging and left us stuck.

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed staying there. Comfortable and cute. Has everything you need. Beautiful patio with umbrella tables, lounge chairs, a very nice grill, and a pool. We would go back in a minute. The location is perfect! It is close to restaurants, stores and restaurants. The owner and manager are nice people.

Great location, great unit

This particular unit is the best in the building because of its direct connection to the courtyard area. The building is in a great location close to everything wanted for a beach trip. I would definitely stay here again, and hope to soon.

Holmes Beach Hide-a-Way

My husband and I had a wonderful time here! It was very clean and quiet with a wonderful view of the ocean. We could step out our door and be at our private pool or a few steps away from the beach…and Holmes Beach is very nice and clean. Highly reccomend!

Situated right across the bridge to Anna Marie Island...perfectly situated near the Publix and "Skinny's." Literally feet from the public beach. Could not have been more perfect location for our quick get away to Holmes Beach.
