Lots of things to do and see nearby. Friendly area. Normally go to Florida in the winter, nice change, yet more expensive. Host was responsive. Happy we chose this area.
Great condo in a very quiet area, backing up to the bike trail and right next to the pool!
A bit of confusion with check in, but we quickly got it sorted out.
The pool area while very close was disappointing. The chairs available are steel mesh with no cushions and there is no shade available. The development can be difficult to exit from at various heavy traffic times of the day. It is almost impossible to make a left-hand turn onto river road.
We really enjoyed the room layout plan of this condo. The laundry room is located off the kitchen--very handy. The primary bedroom has a bathroom next to the bedroom and a walk in closet. Also very handy and roomy. The king bed was comfortable. The kitchen could use some replacement fry pans. Two of the bathroom sinks had very low-flow water. Great location within easy walking distance of the Rillito River Park with a loop trail. Grocery stores are nearby.

Wonderful experience
This was our first time using VRBO, I was very hesitant to try this but this property was wonderful. Great location, walking distance to Trader Joe’s for grocery’s, the walking/biking trail was a few steps away from our condo. The Saturday and Sunday market was just down the street (easy walking distance) and we attended each day. The owners have the condo supplied with all your basic necessities. The kitchen is modern. The master bedroom, bath and desk room was wonderful. Highly recommend this property. We would for sure use this same property if we come this way again. Thank you.
The condo is a bit small (2-3 folks max), but in a good location. You can walk next door to have a fine meal in the small courtyard mall. It’s relatively quiet and safe. All doors/windows are alarmed for your protection.
To be brutally honest, the beds are pretty worn, and the the furniture is fairly low quality. The A/C is loud. The window screen in the 2nd bedroom has huge holes in it. None of the doors have screen doors, so if you’re airing-out the place, bugs are a possibility. The small deck is decent, the view, OK.
Overall, it served our purpose since we only used it to sleep in. The location is good, and the place was very clean.
The condo is right on the Tucson Loop bike trail and very close to other attractions. Good dining options and a Trader Joe’s are a short walk away. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedrooms are clean and nice, particularly the master bedroom. The living room is small and a bit awkward for four people particularly with one of the two chairs broken. There is a small dining table but there are only two chairs that work. The bar looking into the kitchen had three chairs. Finally, while most convenience supplies were adequate, we arrived to find only partial rolls of toilet paper, no bath soap and empty boxes of tissues necessitating a quick trip to the store. For the rental price we paid, that was a little annoying.
The location was excellent! Able to walk to restaurants. Walking biking path was great for morning walks. Condo itself was clean and well equipped. Not the easiest to find. The host answered our needs (which was only one quickly). Enjoyed our stay immensely.
We were looking for an escape from winter and found a great place with lots of hiking and biking nearby. Loved that we could walk to 3 restaurants that had live music in a large outdoors courtyard. Communication with the owners was easy and quick responses back.
Comfortable pleasant environment. A major bike trail is a few hundred feet away. Close to Sabino Canyon, easy drive to Catalina State Park, and federal parks. Restaurants and shopping were close.
Pleasant, brief stay at the condo. Perfect location for us with easy access to the Loop, restaurant and family. The condo is small but comfortable for a short stay.

Cycling in Tucson
A lovely, well stocked home away from home. We loved cycling the River loop and sightseeing. This property is central and convenient to shopping, restaurants and enjoying the wonderful pool and hot tub. Hopefully we can come for another visit in the years to come.

Checks all the boxes
Well located to get to parks and downtown. Restaurants nearby. Quiet and comfortable, and the shower was excellent. Everything actually works in the kitchen (and if you've leased a few dozen of these you know what I mean). Could use a few more pots and pan, and most of the cans and boxes of food in the pantry were way past use-by date, but that's just FYI. This is not an elegant unit. Just a very solid, very functional, quiet and comfortable base of operations. The owners are very nice and all went easily with the booking, arrival, departure, and refund of the deposit. We would use it again, most certainly.

Nice property...questionable security
Overall a nice place to spend a few days until it ended badly. The property was comfortable and matched the description. Two important items however-- We had to call the owner to get the building and apartment numbers. They were not provided before we arrived even though we asked if the address info was sufficient to find the apartment. Even more troubling was a midnight attempted break-in. We had to call 911...very scary...so we left a day early. The owner said she was sorry and surprised.

Good Tucson homebase
Good location for exploring the area. Clean, roomy comfortable. Lots of parking, Was a bit confusing to find, sits back away from main road about 100 yards past the apartments in the complex. Quiet location. Would give a 4.8 due to noisy air unit in evening if trying to watch TV and lack of beer bottle opener and pizza cutter, lol. Overall good place for two couples.

Comfortable condo, great location, great weather.
Comfortable condo, great location, great weather. A bonus for us, as we had rented bicycles, is that the condo is right beside the bike path. It is also close to hiking and Trader Joe’s is a five minute walk. There are pubs and restaurants in the area. Last, but not least, there is a Pilates studio a two minute walk away.

Best Condo Unit possible!
This corner unit is absolutely perfectly situated. Actually, let me take that back... if it was within walking distance to a Catholic Church, it would have been perfectly situated. But it is right in the middle of a 7 - 12 minute drive to several Catholic Churches that we were able to go to for Holy Mass everyday of our stay. Not to mention, this place was only about a 35 min. drive to the beautiful, historic Mission San Xavier del Bac. This National Historic Landmark, was founded as a Catholic mission by Father Eusebio Kino in 1692. Construction of the current church began in 1783 and was completed in 1797. The oldest intact European structure in Arizona, the church's interior is filled with marvelous original statuary and mural paintings. It is a place where visitors can truly step back in time and enter an authentic 18th Century space. There is no admission charge. Check and see if you can go with a guide to the museum - that made it so much more memorable for us, as things were explained that might have been missed if we toured on-our-own. The gift shop featured hand made baskets made by the Tohono Nation for only $15. Mass schedule is listed on the website, just Google, Mission San Xavier del Bac and you will be able to read all about this Mission, its location, History, Special Events and more. It is a must see even if you are not Catholic. This is a piece of history that is of interest to many.
Ok, about the condo itself..... the furnishings are very high end. Every kitchen tool, pot or pan, you need is at your fingertips, and when we were there we were happy to find a bottle of olive oil that we used to make salad dressing. Other spices too really came in handy. There were plenty of quality towels and the Washer and Dryer made it possible to pack less. Great WIFI safe, comfortable. We used the BBQ on condo grounds, bought briquettes at Trader Joe's.
The condo is a located just steps away from a locked gate that leads you to "the loop", a paved walking and bicycling trail. It also makes it possible to walk quickly to Trader Joe's and a pretty good fast food Mexican Restaraunt called Costa Vida. Right next door is St. Phillips Plaza that has a great farmer's market every Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. - 12 noon. Lots of ready-to-eat and crafty vendors. Restaurants open if you want a sit down meal.
The owner of the condo was very attentive, although we didn't need a thing once we found the place.

Enjoyable stay in Tucson
We stayed one week in the 2nd floor condo owned by Suzan. This complex has a great location and it is easy to get to great hiking at Saguaro Nat'l Park and Sabino Canyon. I chose this condo because of the access to the bike path which we walked every day! There are also lots of restaurants only a short drive away. The condo was clean, had very nice linens and a well stocked kitchen. We were not bothered by any traffic noise. We used the hot tub every night, but the pool was unheated in January. We loved each having our own bathroom, washer and dryer, and the huge walk-in closet! We will definitely stay here again when we return to Tucson!! Thank you Suzan!!
